People were nice and informative. But I must agree with another reviewer- it’s a clothing store with some fly fishing stuff. Not the other way around. The line selection is limited and they don’t have as many flies as bass pro.

Leaving a two star review because my family tried to shop at this store twice during our vacation. One was a Sunday and they closed early, I get that. Then on a Thursday they closed at 6PM. I know the labor market is trough but for a company this large and a store this size they sure do make it hard to shop

I have spent so much money in this store before selling our house and after selling our house We lived 5 miles from this store for the last 28 years before Orvis was even THOUGHT OF. The manager is rude and mostly the employees are considerate. They point to things instead of showing you the product. Michael is rude and inconsiderate. Not like any other Orvis stores out there. Orvis is built on Family values but not him. He probably lybdoesnt have one ounce of Family values that Orvis looks for. If I were Orvis I would look into this store and have a undercover shopper. Then you will see what I meanThank Micharl for helping me out in the phone. Your undermine people and degrade them. I will try else where

The customer service was top notch. Thank you to the gentleman that assisted me. Store was well kept. I went in for fly tying materials, but the selection wasn't what I was hoping for. Although, it is a beach store at the ocean. I probably shouldn't have expected to find alot geared toward trout flies, but did find some needed items. If I am ever in the area in the future, I will stop in again.

This place is more of a clothing shop then a fly shop. Very little fly stuff. They have like two 8 for sections of fly material. They have one small section of fly line. And a small section of rods. There fly selection was very small also.
