Update:
They didn't pumped my tank out completely. They never showed me that the tank was empty and the pictures that they took for their record didn't show that the tank was pumped thoroughly. I had to call them back a week later because my drains were moving slow. The original crew who usually service my tank came out and pumped my tank properly. Hadn't had any issues since. The guys told me that the person who pumped my tank beforehand is know to sometimes do halfway jobs and apologized for the inconvenience. I advised them that this service will be on them as I paid for my tank to be pumped out the first time but it wasn't done.
The guys were quick and nice. The price was very affordable. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

So I was told one price and then AFTER my septic tank was pumped I was told another price....the second price was $200 more. I didn't take it out on the guys that showed up but I'm really disappointed and wont promote them.

We recently contracted with Darrell's team to have a septic system replaced and were impressed with their service & professionalism. They even worked through the weekend to complete the job so that I did not have to change my travel plans. I would highly recommend his team for any septic work without reservation!! I would highly recommend Darrell Crews Septic! The staff is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. Called around 10 am to schedule an appointment, the young lady who took the call was amazing, they arrived before 3:00 the same day and Forest was absolutely the best. Answered all of my questions with no hesitation. No one tried to sell me anything, job complete and yard cleaned up. We will be calling them for any and all septic needs in the future!

5 stars working with Darrell Crews Septic Service. I found them based on recommendations from my neighborhood apps and I’m so grateful I did as I was having no luck even getting a call back to provide an estimate for what I was needing with several companies located in Jacksonville. As soon as I completed an inquiry, Angie from the front office was prompt with reaching out to get next steps going for providing an estimate and scheduling the service. My technician, Nate, was so very polite, hardworking and efficient as he completed the service we needed. I will be using Darrell for all of our septic needs as they arise in the future and recommending them to all friends and family based on our experience. Thank you, again!

I have been a master plumbing contractor and septic contractor for 48 years licensed, there is no better septic service than Darrell, his family and team have been a huge asset to our company. He always represents us well. I have faithfully used his services. Most valuable lesson learned, they are always worth the wait time.

Wouldn't recommend to do voluntary septic inspection for buying/selling homes. Not thorough at all nor did they supply any photos to the inspection report. In all, it was vague. After the inspection we emailed Darrel crews and asked why the septic drain field was bad. His response because if the septic system were to back up into the house that would be bad. I'd only call this company to do septic pumps that's it

Highly recommend their septic inspection service if you’re purchasing a house with a septic tank. The inspection cost was $500 but they identified a failing drain field at the house I was purchasing which saved me $10,000+.

My first time with Darrell Crews company and I was not disappointed.
ON TIME!!!
Mike and his helper did a great job and answered my questions.
The guys were professional and friendly.Got the job done fast and right.
Everything I was gong to say has been said before in the previous reviews.
If you need a septic pump out, don't waste(pun intended) your time with anyone else. I did before but, never again.
Now that I have found Darrell Crews company, The others can go pound sand. LOL!!
