I called for a service call for my AC for my RV. DJ was very helpful and answered all my questions. My AC definitely works better because they serviced, cleaned and tweaked the original installation. Well worth it and now ready for the summer! 5 star!

They are great!! When I pulled into my site my jacks did mot level or my slide would not out all the way. DJ arrived, he was so pleasant to me. He explained to me what he was going to do and walked me through checking my hydraulic fluid and lubed and cleansed the jacks it was very personable and very friendly. I was so thankful their help. Linda talk with me on the phone and was also very pleasant sweet person. Thank you all for saving me !!

Our RV's water pump died unexpectedly, as they sometimes do. New Horizon RV not only had the pump in stock, but they even installed it for us, at a reasonable price, on absolutely no notice. When we are on the road, and we have issues, we are at the mercy of the nearest RV dealer. I am so pleased that we were near New Horizon RV when our pump failed. We absolutely recommend them for other RVers in need.

We are new 5th wheel owners and recently purchased a 2017 very nice trailer. Problem was it wasn’t used enough to keep some things “healthy” so there were some little issues to handle. But… the last owner had recently changed to an On Demand Hot Water Heater and it has been nothing but problems. The technicians from NHRV have come out and patiently and thoroughly searched for the problems and even came back with another idea which worked for a while. But it kept cutting off. This last time they once again traced the wires, went into the unit, reset…. And finally have given us a solution that seems to work. After speaking to several folks with this type water heater, the product is a constant problem, not worth the investment. The Techs who come from NHRV are professional, considerate and they care about your comfort. And the owners do too! They have worked to get us help as quickly as possible and it’s not a 5-10 minute drive either! Thank you to EVERYONE at New Horizon RV Center for the “home town” pride in what you do!

They were amazing, had electrical problems came out and solved the problem and fixed it on the spot. Did not need to even move the camper. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your RV or motor home.

I have been working with New Horizon RV for about a year now… They have been wonderful throughout my many urgent repairs… RV owners know the perils of trying to find an honest and professional RV repair center… DJ Linda and the others are most knowledgeable and are most reassuring and resolving RV breakdowns. I wish that during my travels I might find an RV repair center, when needed, like New Horizon. They are the gauge by which I now compare other repair centers. No matter how frustrating the repairs are, it’s always a good day if I’m at New Horizon RV. :-)
