I went into this UPS for the first time the other day and I can’t express enough how pleased I am with not only the customer service but the caliber of people that they had working there Candace is the one that helped me with my whole shipping ordeal and trust me it wasn’t a typical shipment I had a 6x4 tac box that I had to ship out to a customer as well as multiple Amazon returns at the same time. From start to finish this whole process took only 4 minutes. She showed exemplary attention to detail and a vast amount of knowledge not to mention one of the best personalities/attitudes an employee has ever projected. I will never use a fedex store again to ship my products because of this experience, thankyou Candace!!!!

Went in to send out some packages to my grand kids and I couldn’t be more thankful for Candace’s help. She was super knowledgeable and polite. I love how close the store is to our home, we were tired of going all the way to Kohls to do returns, I’ll do them here now.

Do not go to this location for notary service. It is a hassle for them. There were 2 associates. I asked the young man if he was the notary and he pointed at the old man. “He is the only notary as of now”
The old man said, “our notary just left”
Why lie? Why?
The store was busy and he didn’t want to stop, get his book out, and notarize the paper. Don’t advertise that you have notary service if you’re not committed.
Don’t waist your time here, go somewhere else!

Oh what a wonderful store! I really enjoy doing my amazon returns here. Candice and Steven are super helpful when I come in with a bunch of returns and a mess trying to match the QR.

i live in the Mirada Community. i go to the Publix for my weekly grocery shopping . i also use the 7 eleven for my weekly gas fill ups . i normally go to the UPS location in Landolakes by the Tijuana Flats on 54, however i discovered there was one closer to me . as of today i will NEVER be going back . The customer service is HORRIBLE . The old white guy was very racist and charged me $10 to use their tape roll. mind you i didn’t use a whole tape roll . That old guy even told me to bring back my large item because it wasn’t taped . no one helped me in the door except for a random lady who didn’t even work there . im 30 yrs old and yet i was treated so terribly . im super disappointed in the customer service here . 0 stars DO NOT REC!

Justin was great, I had some major and minor issues with state permits, and he his spent his personal time and put in a huge effort to help me, and this he did not have to. I also have a commercial box in Clearwater, and they are also great to work with. Thanks again UPS Store, longtime client. CaptFoxx

Stopped by the store at 8:50 Monday morning. The doors were locked and nobody was there. Their sticker in the window said they open at 8am. So much for reliable customer service!!

This is my new go to for UPS. The store is beautiful and well organized. Justin was very friendly and helpful. He seems genuinely glad that I came in today.
