“I was traveling from Virginia to Cape Coral, FL and stopped in this branch to make a deposit and also to withdraw some cash. The teller I dealt with was personable and professional. What a pleasure to be in SunTrust Branch where the employees act like they value their customers! I live in Gainesville, VA, where the Stonewall Branch is 1 mile from my home. The tellers are very hard to deal with. You can use the same teller for months, and every time you walk into the branch, they act like they have no clue that they have ever seen you before. A person certainly does not feel valued in Gainesville, VA.”

“This was my first time using or coming to this bank, I went in to establish an account, when I got in, it was fairly busy, but Mrs. Tambra Pinkston came in with the rapid service, was there less than 20 minutes, and I was impressed with the bank by having the debit cards on demand. She was kind and caring to us, and we talked about childhood shows. It absolutely improved my experience. 10/10”

“Savitri is a great person to deal with and she is the whole reason I go to this place. She is one of the last original employees, they have had so many come and go and the personal feeling that they gave off is slowly going. I do recommend the Zephyrhills branch but only dealing with Savitri.”

“I had experience where my car was at the mechanic shop and I tried to purchase the part at O'Reilly's Auto parts shop my card was declined twice me not knowing why was wondering went to a ATM tried to withdraw the purchase of Mount of the auto park that was declined said transaction cannot be complete I called San Antonio customer service credit union line and I was help I forgot the young lady's name but she was very helpful to Miss Bailey member number 566 just wanted to say thank you very much and I'm glad to be a member my problem was solved”

“From starting the day with going into 5 banks all of them stating that you have to have a appointment to be seen (which I did not know that!) Anyways I made a appointment for my husband and I since we were trying to open a bank together and we got there an hour before our appointment. Sat down and not even a minute goes by, and the Manager Philp asks us if have an appointment and we say yes, he said prefect she is actually coming back earlier so she take you guys early. Prefect everything about this place was a great experience our banker was Bharti Dave a wonderful and nice lady got us all set up in less than an hour. Amazing service and with the perks with this bank is why they were our 1st choice and so happy we got these wonderful two people to help us. We are so gratefully appreciating for everything.”

I went to ask a simple question (I know its online but in case I had questions and also to meet the people before I make the decision of opening the business account)... but there is only ONE person that can assist with that ? I tried to get the info from others and none of them can assist. One of them even showed me the exit door instead of asking if I wanted to wait for the ONLY person that knows about commercial accounts ? I wonder if she gets sick or if shes on vacation!
