There are plenty of washers and dryers, sadly most of them don’t work. About 5 out of at least 15 washers work. And 4 dryers. Fix your washers and dryers so they work. There are over a dozen cameras watching a dead place. Do the cameras even work?

After waiting 45 minsutes & spending $2.25 on a dryer that did not dry my clothes & no workers on sight to resolve the issue is enough reason not to return! I was & am not happy!!

If you do not have time to do your laundry, they will do it for you. Or you can do it yourself. Reasonably priced for all services available. Comfortable atmosphere watch TV while you wait for your laundry. A couple of restaurants in the shopping center, grab yourself something to eat. Table and chairs available in laundry mat while you wait.

It's very cramped inside! Prices to wash are reasonable. Employee was friendly. Will return again, but will load the machine and wait outside.

Great customer service. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I definitely would recommend an incentive for return customers like a rewards program. I know Outdoor Clothesline in Babcock offers that. Anthony was very professional and grateful when speaking with him. Definitely a great place to do laundry. Keep up the great work.

At first I thought of this place as the priciest dryers I've used. I'm formerly from Chicago where everything is pricier than San Antonio, yet dryers over there give you 10 minutes per quarter, this place only gives you 5, so before 1.50 would give me 60 minutes, now 2.00 gives me 40 minutes. Still 40 minutes here dry clothes pretty good. I will say they need more carts they've got only 8 and when busy their sharing rule just don't work well. Also need a lot of work on-site attending or service.

Fantastic experience! I came on a Sunday at 10AM to wash very large blankets and a comforter that my home washer couldn't handle. The woman working was so nice and helpful. I was in and out within an hour and a half. The facility was nice and clean, the washer and dryers were well maintained, and overall a great experience!

This is the only place around me that's open 24 hours to do laundry which is nice because I Dnt get out til midnight. Always Nice staff and on sight and they even do your laundry too for a decent price. It's a little old school but it gets the job done.

I have been going to this laundromat for 15 years I've seen it at its worst and now at its best it's clean it's new the prices are great I like going there I'm comfortable it doesn't have a smell like it used to there's no more homeless people hanging out there I enjoy going to shine coin laundry y'all come and see.
