Don't send your scripts here. They have a corporate policy of blocking random medications and then not telling even the doctor who's ordered it. You just get to show up and be told they have blocked that medication because it's backordered. Incredibly unprofessional. Tell your doctors what's going on and treat your patients better.

I generally like Winn-Dixie because the prices are low and you can get good deals. Sometimes the store is OK, but I just waited about 20 minutes in line trying to check out. One cashier was very rude to me when I tried to get into his line and he informed me he was closed. I get back in the line I was in And it is a total disaster. I know there are reasons that sometimes there can be delays, the issue is, the staff doesn't seem to give a damn. They look down, mumble, and otherwise act like you're not even there. All in all a pretty poor shopping experience. The prices are the only selling point.

The first time I've ever been to this pharmacy and I just got out of the hospital from being in there two days and having surgery. I need to my antibiotics really bad three of them including the pharmacist gave me attitude. The little girl says I was there for 10 minutes I was there for 55 minutes waiting for antibiotics being so sick. I will never ever shop at that pharmacy ever again. The way it sounded with some of the other customers neither will they.

I've been going to this pharmacy recently for the last 3 months they pick and choose who to give their medications and will lie and say it's not in stock lady with glasses is very unprofessional and rude makes patience feel very uncomfortable like they're junkies and not people who are actually there for legit reasons the blonde lady is very nice but I would suggest to never go there if you see a lady there with glasses black hair she is very judgmental would go as far as to say she is racist but I won't say that because I don't actually know her I just know I've never been rude to her and she has been so nasty to the point I feel I have to go look for another pharmacy very very soon my whole family goes there and after telling them they were upset and now we are looking for another pharmacist or pharmacy

My Wife and I Love this pharmacy! We started using this pharmacy because all 3 of the big pharmacies in our area refused to fill my medicine claiming it's a drug addicts and to this point I'm still able to get those same chronic pain medications from Winn Dixie. Granted first few years they put me through some careful stipulations and procedures. My wife and I use them for all our needed medicine and they treat us like Family in many ways.We will never use another pharmacy for anything medical related.! WE LOVE THIS PHARMACY!!!

No one answers the pharmacy phone, not sure why they have phone prompts. Regardless of choices it rings then hangs up. Worst customer service ever!

Horrible rude employee at customer service desk. I waited on someone to come to the desk and he walks right past me and helps gentleman on the other side who came up to buy lottery tickets after I was there. When he finished I said do I need to come on that side. He said yes because the register I was at wasn't signed into. I said you could have mentioned that when you walked up. He thought I was rude and walked away and wouldn't help me. I never raised my voice or swore or anything. I wanted to purchase a gift card for my neighbor who helped me out during Hurricane Ian. I will not be back and he doesn't belong in customer service. Maybe he should stock shelves so he doesn't have to talk to people. Unbelievable!

By far the worst Winn Dixie in Florida. The staff is incredibly rude. Been trying to refill my prescriptions for two days now. Everyone is unhelpful. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone because they only have one person working on a weekend. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed or ignorant. Special shouts out to Maria at customer service with absolutely no customer service skills. Once I have things straightened out I will be going to a new location. I would rather drive an hour away every month than return to this Winn Dixie.

Never cash your winning lottery tickets here! I was here to cash my winning tickets around 11:30. I checked with the lottery app before I went in, I won $45 from 3 tickets ( $10, $10, $25) Marie was the customer service agent. I handed her the tickets. She scanned them and I looked at the screen, it was $45. So I bought 2 scratch offs ($10 each). She gave me back $15 so I ask her how much I won. She said $35. I was so confused and was about to leave the counter. I decided to wait until she's done with other customers. I asked if I could see the winning ticket receipt. She said there was no record. I asked her if she could find those 3 tickets. She found only 2. I requested to see the manager. Lisa, the off-the-clock manager (as she told me), was told what happened. I told her I remembered the winning prices:$10, $10, $25. The ticket that couldn't be found was the $25 one. Lisa checked the transaction from the monitor and I was correct, I won $45. She gave me more $10. I never heard any word apologizing from anyone for making this mistake until I mentioned it. I'm not sure if this is the trick or it's a really mistake. I doubt it. Goodbye Winn Dixxie. You've lost your reputation.

My doctor sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy infront of me while I was there with him around 10:15 AM. I checked the WD app and found my prescriptions were sent and this pharmacy had received them. I went shopping after I left my doctor’s office before calling them. Three times, no one pickup the phone. So I drove to the pharmacy around 1:04 PM, a tech told me my prescriptions are not ready, told me to come back at 2 PM. I was ok and about to leave then the pharmacist named Abraham (a floater RPH) yelled from the back of the pharmacy “No your meds won’t be available for pick up until 5 PM”. I asked “Can I pick up 1 of the med at 2 PM then, I need this med for my surgery. I’ll pick up the rest later”. Abraham told me “No, you can’t. You have to pick all your meds at the same time. This is our pharmacy rule” I asked him “ are you sure?”. He said “yes, because you never fill meds here. You’re not a customer here”. I asked again “ are you sure? I was a customer here. I filled my meds with Winn-Dixie at this location” then he said “Oh but you haven’t filled your meds since last year”. Since when that a non-regular customer isn’t allowed to pick a medication of my choice and since when a customer is required to pick up all meds at the same time?. Well, because I’m a perfectly healthy individual, I don’t have chronic conditions that require me to take daily or monthly meds. Whether or not I’m a regular customer, you can’t discriminate against me like that. Being a pharmacist myself and was a PM at WD before, hearing all this from a fellow RPH is BS. If Abraham is too busy to pick up the phone or fill my meds, that’s fine. I can go to another pharmacy. When another RPH called, again no one pick up the phone at this pharmacy. She had to call the office and asked them to transfer. Finally, my RPH was able to get a hold of him. He refused to verbally transfer them. My RPH had to keep saying PLEASE she needs them verbally transfer right away. Finally I had my meds and they were done within 30 mins at another pharmacy. Very rude and poor customer service!
