Charles at the deli counter made my entire week with his personality alone. His energy was contagious, he made me laugh so hard as well as making a delicious sandwich. 10/10 would recommend this Publix, and finding Charles. Great vibes overall.

How can you have a Publix without a seafood section? They had fish out but not on ice.. already wrapped. They did not have shrimp out for you to pick from, no crab, no nothing. This Publix needs help

When I used to work there, the store Manager at the time, his name is Mike, I don't know if he's still there or not, but he actually used to tell me to put the scraps from the grinder into the packs of ground beef... now keep in mind that "scraps" are gristle and bone fragments caught by the blade in the grinder... His thing was that "if every Publix would put their grinder scraps in the packs, yhat would be millions of dollars made".. seriously these people are disgusting. Don't go here.. these people are gross. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Well Publix, you've let this one go. Time to take it behind the woodshed, Pow! This Publix reminds me of the 80's except it's 2022. Old style design and old style service. For starters the deviled eggs 6 pack I got for lunch was gross, it's like they added powdered eggs to stretch it out. The chicken sandwich must have been made at 7 am because it was cold and dry by noon. There are no self checkouts, only 2 cashiers and one that was working did not look happy. The customers are ancient and they clog the isles with their lack of reason to move faster. Just waiting to die types...sad. I got 30 mins for lunch granny, you have all day and tomorrow and you see where I'm going. Do yourself a favor Publix, Demolition. I'll even help for free, just buy a trackhoe with a hydraulic thumb and I'm there.

Shopping at Eagles Park Publix on Park Street and 55th Ave. N., in St. Petersburg today. Ordered a couple of subs from the Deli and they were the best subs we've ever had from Publix. Nicole in the Deli waited on me and made sure they were the best made-to-order subs she'd ever made. Ask for Nicole the next time you want a delicious sub at the Publix Deli at Eagles Park!!

My least favorite Publix location... it's like no one cares, especially about cleanliness.

This store used to be so good. But they have become so inconsistent and sometimes, down right rude. Customer service manager on duty today is always rude. Refused to honor an advertised BOGO and tried to play a semantics game with me. She said even though Dr Pepper and 7up are the same company and the label says so, she would not honor BOGO because Canada Dry (which is also owned by Dr Pepper distributed it to them). What a load of BS. They are owned by the same company, and are labeled as BOGO and I showed her pictures but she refused to even look at the label. She should not be a customer service manager. If thy are going to do that to customers they will continue to lose more and more. Too bad, because the location is perfect but I've had enough of her, and her rudeness. This publix (and publix in general) is not the only game in town.

First time ever being disappointed in a Publix. Picked up a couple subs on the way home from a long road trip. Stale bread, barely any mayo or toppings. Very disappointed.

Second time I got this particular cashier with no "please, or thank you" I called last time and politely told Customer Service and they thanked me, but obviously did nothing. Simple thing to have your people say please and thank you when they are taking my hard earned money....

Love the convenience of this store from our condo. I walk over at least 2 times a week. The store is clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My one huge complaint is that the store has placed their staff smoking area right in front of the store. The smoke is so strong and so not professional being in front of store. Needs to be moved.
