Went into the bank and talked to Christopher about billion dollar investment deals and he misspelled my mothers maiden name on the application for the line of credit for my startup…He didn’t confirm the spelling with me… Lewis… 5 letters… instead he spelled it “louis”…I am absolutely crushed…It’s just such a simple mistake and it’s set me back months… with a negative hard inquiry on my credit report, any other application which would of paid for my LLC (which I now have, no thanks to Wells Fargo or any other bank) it’ll be months before I can apply for a small business loan at another bank, if I even decided to do that.What a gigantic waste of time…Don’t go to a bank with your dreams. They only care about your money.

Mother went there last week and waited for a banker they skipped her an Asian women for a Caucasian man. And then apologized to him and not her. This was the branch manager. I do not recommend. This is not how you treat a platinum account holder. Shame on you

Terrible place to bank, had fraud on my account and they will not refund me the money. I’ve never had a problem before, I keep a good amount in my accounts, never overdraft or anything like that. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars by banking with Wells Fargo. They do not care about the customer or if you’ve lost money to fraud. I will be reporting to the BBB as well . Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere

I went to this branch today to help my mother cash a check. I was informed that her account was closed less than a week ago because she owed $10. They absolutely did not care. The expected us to wait an hour to spend another hour to open a new account. My mom is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s and there was no way I was going to to put her through that.I told them I was going to tell the Mayor what they did. It was not a threat, I already called the mayor and told him. He and his assistant were happy I let them know.A few years ago I learned that Wells Fargo stole about 80,000 cars, a huge number of houses and opened fake accounts everywhere.They had to pay billions in fines. So in other words a drop in the bucket for them.The workers were not at all helpful. I would tell you their names but they never bothered to tell us their names.I was able to get the company to wire the money to my bank account instead.I bank with Aspiration. The fees are optional, they give 10% to charity and only invest in green energy. They plant some amount of trees for every new account. They are highly rated and I highly recommend them.Please tell everyone to boycott Wells Fargo and especially this location.It’s rare for me to leave a negative review but it’s unacceptable to treat my mother that way.

The branch manager called and cancel my appointment an hour before my appointment even though I had told them that I was travelling overseas the day after. I went to a nearby Chase branch and opened an account in less than 30 minutes. As a newcomer, it means opening a Savings account, getting a credit card, apply for a mortgage, all with Chase.

This branch does not exchange money to you if your not a customer with them. That’s insane it’s a bank why does that matter. I’ve exchanged money there before now all of sudden they turn me around.

I have scheduled the Notary appointment with them. The appointment was easy to make. Sarah and Natalie were helpful on phone.It took only 30 min to get all docs notarized.
