Been with them for 22 years and no problem in the first 21. In the last 12 months, I've had fraudulent activity on both my checking and credit card. They get the $$ back quick enough but the hassle of re-setting all my info on a dozen accounts is annoying. I've been changing passwords every month. I believe the scammers are smarter than Wells' fraud people.

Wells Fargo mysteriously closed all of my accounts for absolutely, I own a successful small business and was literally told they do not want to do business with me anymore and just closed all our accounts. Just read all the awful reviews and you tell me if this is a company you want to trust your money with.

This was my first time at this bank and I was greeted with kindness. My matter took a manager and she was also very kind and respectful. I was there for about 20 minutes and overheard other bank employees all being quite nice and respectful.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I can now not wait to find a new bank. During a recent visit to the ATM the machine jammed and gave me credit for .01. I’ve opened a claim and have asked it to be expedited. I have been told daily that someone will call me to resolve the problem from the branch location as well as the claims department and I’ve not received a single call. Wells Fargo’s faulty machinery is becoming my problem and it’s absolutely infuriating. If I failed to have money in my account when a transaction came through, Wells Fargo would have no problem charging me a fee. Due to this huge inconvenience, I should be able to charge Wells Fargo a fee. Not to mention an hourly rate for all of the time I have had to spend on the phone trying to connect with a representative for assistance. If you are considering a company to do your banking with avoid Wells Fargo.

The banker behind the counter wasn't knowledgeable at all about a promotional offer. He told me to take a seat and wait a few minutes. There were 3 people ahead of me so it would have taken more than a few minutes. I would expect a teller to have knowledge of promotions the company offers and be able to explain it in easy to understand language rather than defer to a banker. Not professional at all and a waste of my time.

On average it takes at least 18 minutes for the drive thru. It's a Friday (busiest day) and they have one person working drive thru. Time for a new manager because this is by far the worst Wells Fargo.

Customer service is not high at this branch. 1 teller seems nice and makes eye contact. 7 people in line when I walked in. Everyone was upset. Now there are 3 people in front of me snd 2 behind. I don't understand why there are not enough people working or why the managers don't get on a window and help. Been in line for almost 10 Min now. 4 people in line behind, still 3 in front of me. Such a regret stopping at this branch . 7 people in line behind 1 in front.

Worst service I have ever received. They never resolve any problems. I have an ongoing claim for over 10 days with an atm transaction. They were going to resolve it in 2 days and yet it's still not fixed

Your ATM took approximately $2,500 of money orders from me, shut down before registering the deposit, and never gave them back. Cannot reach anyone by phone at this local brach. A cycle of endless holds, ringing and phone trees that eventually funnel you back out to the National Call Center. Total joke. Even worse was this same ATM stole about $100 a couple years prior, but that at least was resolved.
