This was my first time at this bank and I was greeted with kindness. My matter took a manager and she was also very kind and respectful. I was there for about 20 minutes and overheard other bank employees all being quite nice and respectful.

Rude people, not organized at all. The teller had an attitude and not easy to deal with.I had an appointment and no one was available???
