I've never had a bad experience at this location. But, I'm sad to say I'll be closing my accounts as soon as possible. I've experienced 2 RANDOM amount increases, on my Wells Fargo credit card. The first one was $35. I neglected to mention it, one Saturday, when I stopped by, and it's gotten worse. There was a recent $200 increase soon after making a $200 payment. I'll NEVER be able to get out of debt with my bank working against me. I've been a loyal customer since 2007.......I guess that old saying IS TRUE!! ALL good things DO come to an end.....?

Wells fargo will not answer calls. I would not advise banking with someone you cannot get ahold of on the phone. Pathetic.

Terrible place the people in the lobby are not interested in walk ins the banker told me to come back Monday because it takes too long to open a Business account he said at least an hour and he was not in the mood it was Friday at 11 am

Terrible place to bank, had fraud on my account and they will not refund me the money. I’ve never had a problem before, I keep a good amount in my accounts, never overdraft or anything like that. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars by banking with Wells Fargo. They do not care about the customer or if you’ve lost money to fraud. I will be reporting to the BBB as well . Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere

Slowest most cumbersome bank processes ever and employees who cannot or will not do anything to speed things up. Disappointed. We were the only customers here and still stuck here for an hour to do two things requiring assistance. No reason for it to take this long.

I came into Wells Fargo to get something notarized. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I got up a walked out. Not one person came over and greeted me and asked me what brought them to their bank. The worst location I have ever gone to that does not have a good customer service team.

Do not recommend. Tried opening an account online using their promotion code and was asked to come into a branch as they could not verify my identify, which was fine. At my appointment the employee assisting me had me fill out another application on my phone (strange) which didn’t have the promo code attached to it. She contacted someone, gave me a reference number and told me there shouldn’t be a problem with me still receiving it. LIE! It has been nothing but a problem and I have yet to receive my promotion. Contacted the employee who helped me and was told she couldn’t assist me because she was in training. Reached out to the branch manager multiple times before finally receiving a response. Long story short, she did absolutely nothing. Followed up and without a response from her I received a generic letter stating I was not going to receive the promo because I didn’t use the proper link. WHICH WAS 100% THEIR FAULT!! They are completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Again, I do not recommend. If you’re going to bank Wells Fargo, I would chose a different branch. I will be closing my account.

If I could give less then a 1 I would. My wife and I went into the bank to deposit a check and get some cash. The 2 people working in the customer service area was rude, un caring and not willing to do anything to help us. Most ALL banks will give you some cash from a check especially when to have money in your checking account? He took our check to another person and she didn’t even offer any assistance. Come Monday we will no longer do business with you ever!!!!

I made an appointment to open a new checking / savings. I walked in and immediately Lidiane came to assist me and within 45 minutes she had walked me through all the options and we got the best fitting accounts set up! She was so personable, knowledgeable and I felt 100% comfortable! I highly recommend her, she's the best personal banker Ive ever met! I am looking forward to banking with Wells Fargo now. Thank you Lidiane and Wells Fargo on 4th street
