After walking in for MY SCHEDULED appointment, I came to find out my banker Sam was in her office with another customer. I was asked if I received a call. I did not. I was told she would be in there for some time and had another appointment afterwards so I would have to reschedule. I asked if another banker could help and she was the only one at that branch. got showered, dressed, drove down for MY appointment slot to be told I could not be seen. Going to open another account elsewhere.

The staff made me feel like part of their family. They are friendly and courteous. Came in during a busy time and even though they only have like 2 people working at the teller line, they still manage to provide a superb service! Will continue banking in that branch for sure!

Unacceptable. Unprofessional. A downtown location where you need an appt to walk in and do literally 2 minutes worth of paperwork? They’re sending people to other locations or telling them to go online, book an appt and come back a week or 2 weeks later? That’s absolutely insane. Closing my account and going to bank fully with my credit union.

It's a small building, and it's the only Wells Fargo branch in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. It has two ATMs outside.

Just opened account and I am super regred. Always technical problems with App, to send money with Zelle it takes long time because of slow App, besides that WF have only $500 limit while other banks has $3500. Finally, I made transfer it took a week, same with payroll. Horrible bank service
