Usually love the sandwiches the ones I got last night were terrible. Cheese so thick on steak sandwiches and not melted forgot toppings I ordered and on Italian sandwiches also. Very disappointed won't be ordering again

Best convenience store company I know. I enjoy the food they offer but rlly gets me is the cream smoothie drinks. Every time I get them I have to get a cream smoothie. I wish they had locations everywhere in the US.

Just came in their with my son the gentlemen( which was a fat older black man ) behind the counter seemed on something he reached in his pants played with his butt so when I handed him by I’d I asked him not to touch the id … he said I’m standing on business and refusing service I said no problem I don’t want the one beer I’ll just take the sprites for my sons and he said no we are refusing service cause you didn’t let me touch the id.. I said I’m not buy any beer he said I don’t care my son is 7 then he’s threatening saying we can do this.. I mean he was 300 pounds out of breathe the only threat he could be making is some type of gun violence as the man could barely walk or stand up

Josie went above and beyond.
I placed an online order and paid for it inside the store only to find out the “kitchen area” was closed due to dusting. I was told by the manager on duty I was unable to get a refund right then and there and would have to call corporate due to the receipt not having some sort of barcode needed to reverse the transaction. Who wants to go through that at 1:00 in the morning?
To make a long story short another employee by the name of JOSIE stated they should be up and running in about 30 minutes and would give me a call to let me know when they are making my order.
Josie called me about 20mins later and reassured me the kitchen was open again and they were preparing my food.
When I Came back into the store Antonio had my order ready for me with a $10 Gift card for the inconvenience!
I highly appreciate the kindness and great customer Service from both associates.
GIVE THEM A RAISE IMMEDIATELY !

I love Wawa overall . But the young lady in beverage this morning may 19 11:15 has to see a therapist!
I understand we all need a job and income . But the service industry is not for everyone and nobody wants to deal with that energy when we come to our favorite place where we get our favorite coffee .. I think she needs to work on smile and personality. I know there’s a shortage on workers ! But nasty energy should never be okay !

I won A couple bucks off of a Florida lotto ticket, came in to get my cash and the free ticket and the cashier kept my free ticket and when I asked her for it, she rolled her eyes at me and handed it to me. So I believe her intent was to keep the ticket.

One of the guys working the food station was really rude to me a few minutes ago. We were waiting on cheese for our garlic knots then he said bc it didn’t say cheese on our ticket we didn’t order any as I tried to explain that’s not true he completely dismissed me mid sentence. So then I proceeded to order 2 more garlic knots and cheese and once again even though I clicked it, the cheese didn’t show up on the ticket. So I just left without the cheese sauce. I just wish he would have let me explain instead of walking away. That was upsetting
