Sean who worked the cash register was amazing. This lady cursed him out because he asked for her ID in order for her to purchase her alcohol. She didn’t have it and he advised her that unfortunately it’s the law and company policy. Needless to say she couldn’t find it and THREW EVERYTHING back at it. Sean remained calm and professional as she stormed out the store. Just wanted you all to know that he is doing a great job!

Watched the cashiers harass an older gentleman about showing his ID for cigarettes. It was absolutely wild, the man looked like Santa Claus and they demanding and rude, I'm sure it's the rules, but he was clearly not 12. They made such a scene it was so uncomfortable and held up the line.

Wawa was a good place to work at first. I enjoyed the work and my tasks and was told consistently what a great job I was doing. Never late, never called in sick. After 7 months and now our third manager starting, my hours were cut. Working third shift from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Thursday Friday and Saturday suddenly switched from 10:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m., no discussion, no instruction. I was the only employee whose hours were cut and there was no explanation. I made the decision that if hours needed to be cut I would cut them myself and left the company. No one ever reached out for an exit interview

Tried to order online 3 times, spent 20 minutes and kept getting "Oops there was a hiccup, please check your email to see if your order went through" message. Closed/cleared browser, kept getting the error. Hopefully won't have to dispute charges with credit card company. Won't order again!

Every time, I get stared at like I'm stealing,I smile and say high and they just stare and don't reply like they can't hear me or speak. Then, there's always a line so they rush me like I'm not fast enough and get mad if I ask for a bag. Why not open another register? Its so stressful there, every time I walk in I try to keep both hands full or busy with my phone or fixing my hair so they don't think I'm pocketing anything and by the time I get through cheout and make it to my car I feel like I got p.t.s.d. and have to cry a minute before I start my car. Also, did you know WAWA isn't just some goose? In a South American language it means MIND CONTROL. Something to think about. Have a nice day! Tootles! xo.

Wawa had the worse pizza options I have ever seen. It's their way or no way. Who gets in the pizza business and offers like 4 pizza styles.

The worst WAWA. Always out of supplies at the self serve coffee counter and it never has a full selection of brewed coffees. I was hoping it was just an occasional thing but 4 weeks of stopping by and it’s the supply and demand issue has never improved.

This place has some of the nicest people working at it, I will say that first and foremost. Always clean and a good selection of things. Sometimes they will even make you specialty breakfast items at not breakfast times if you ask nicely . Never had a bad interaction with an employee there.Two days ago I got a bacon egg & cheese shorti sandwich and when I opened it up (15 mins and several miles later) there was no egg! Just bacon and cheese ?. NBD, it happens, just check your sandwiches before you leave! ?
