I’m not sure why they state they have FedEx services when there’s nobody behind the counter and all they do is just accept packages. They have no FedEx services and they don’t print labels and they don’t sell anything. All you can do there is drop off a package.

I walked in and there was no one on register in the store... I've tried approaching an employee and all they did was walk away or stood around.

Been going to this store for nearly a decade. These bad reviews are hilarious as I often overhear confused (and often wrong) customers arguing with staff about refunds and discounts. Sorry, customer isn't always right. Nothing but great service in the pharmacy. Drive thru can be slow at times. But the counter is usually busy with a couple of customers. Staff can only be in one place at a time and you're not the only person waiting. What world do we live in when people think they're the only priority.

Wanted to return two items that the manager had just rung me out five minutes before...she said that I couldn't get my money back because the computer would let her do my return...she was the manager and said she didn't know why I wasn't allowed to return the items. BEWARE!!!

Had an online order from here, they substituted the men’s cologne I ordered for women’s perfume. We eventually got the issue sorted and the staff was pretty nice about it but when I questioned the perfume I was told “well you selected that substitutions were allowed”. I didn’t order perfume… I ordered cologne. That was absolutely dumb substitution and definitely a case of “I don’t get paid enough to care.”

I walked in the cashier said welcome to Walgreens she was with customers so I kept on walking to not interrupt them. The customers she was with said something I could not hear and the older cashier said “well at least you can respond to me!” Nice and rude! Walked right back out. If you’re unhappy in customer service leave. I was in your store for less than a minute!

I had a very bad experience here at the Tyrone and Park Street location, with a manager. I've been coming to this store for over 15 years. I called the next day to a store manager and explained everythingShe said she would handle the situationI will go back and see her in person. Hopefully the other manager will not return to that store.

One of the cleaner and less busy Walgreens. The pharmacy can be busy but they always work hard to help with prescriptions, I’m always nice to them and never have a problem beyond the occasional delay. Good deals and decent stock on the main floor, really enjoy stopping here.

Everyone at this store goes above and beyond to help anyway they can. Even if there's something I was looking for that is not available they ensure there's way I can find it or have it ordered. Exellent staff and the pharmacy is nothing short of angels. Very polite and fast. They are patient when I have any questions and offer solutions to any problem.

The most consistently rude pharmacy in St Pete. The girl behind the counter couldn’t be more uncaring. 2x now we went in to pick up scripts with the GoodRX card and coupons and both time she rejected us saying threat the number doesn’t work blah blah blah so we took it to PUBLIX and no problem , as well on an impromptu need we went to PUBLIX for another drug and they gave us the GOODRX discount without the number. PUBLIX goes out of the serve you as a client and someone in need of medical assistance. Walgreens goes out of there way to put you down, turn you down, and embarrass you, our last time there !!!

My wife always gets sprintic birth control pills there and today they denied her very rudely. We will be moving prescriptions over to CVS. No customer service there!
