Poorly treated by pharmacy yesterday. Not ever going back. I was basically humiliated, made fun of and laughed at by employee called Shania. I strongly suggest you pull up cameras to see how they’re mistreating customers. This happened at 5767 38th Ave NSaint Petersburg, FL 33710United States.

Horrible staff at Pharmscy, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Not to mention incompetent. Watch out for Alex and Shania, they may lose your scripts or worse.

Waited 15+ mins in line at a because the old guy took forever, someone came back asking for a receipt and he was searching through the trash and squinting at the papers. He also can't seem to comprehend what the computer says or what anything says in general. I get that he is old but he needs a different job, I go to this Walgreens often just to get drinks and he seems to always be there and the only one in the store. Makes me not want to go here anymore because of how long he takes.

Super nice store from the minute you walk in. The pharmacy has some techs that are top notch especially with what the job requires. They honestly deal with alot tasks from calls to individuals, insurance and inbound while juggling drive through all during the covid/ aging society/ Healthcare plan crisis. The must deal with hurt, sick, upset, people who might need medication to feel better. They literally deal with a majority of individuals who are upset from dealing with the Healthcare system debacle while being unwell which many take out on the last person they see after their bad day. I know 2 by name Alex and Gabby and they are very personal to the point of remembering the little things of my life and witness them providing as much as possible to even those who come in upset. Understanding, caring, proficient, and deserve appreciation. I dare you to do what they do. Thank you guys for all you do.

I give her a star her attention is terrible and they don’t tell you to pick up your prescription you have to tell her again and again every time you have to go for her the schedules are not good the pharmacies should work 24 hours or at least not Start at 9:30 in the morning the truth of all Walgreens I think it’s the worst but unfortunately it’s the closest we have

Terrible Pharmacy with terrible hours! EVERYONE DOESN'T HAVE A 9 TO 5!!LAZY staff wants to have the weekends off. Not everyone gets weekends off you know! Walgreens has been getting more terrible with every week.

Pharamcist is very rude. She wouldnt even look up from what she was doing when she spoke to me as if I was bothering her while asking about a prescription I had picked up. Too busy counting pills to actually help a customer/patient. Will be switching pharmacies.

Very Inconsiderate And Rude Staff At This Pharmacy. If You Dont Have Insurance They Accept They Will Tell You To Go To Another Pharmacy. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
