Been sitting in Walgreens for a photo order we placed at 3:30 today. Unfortunately they ran out of some type of canvas paper which is fine, we get it. This really nice guy working in the photo department is doing a great job and helping us out but whoever is working with him is NOT helping him out. This bum lady walks out in a Walgreens shirt and sweat pants. Cashes people out for 10 minutes and disappears. While he’s working on our order he is also multi tasking and cashing customers out. We are very patient people but you guys need to help your staff… I manage a restaurant and I make sure my staff isn’t stressing out consistently. Do better.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Bria at the Walgreens at 4th St and 78 Ave. N. in St Petersburg. She was on her way out and offered her assistance in figuring out what vaccines I needed for international traveling and which ones my insurance would pay for. I will be back to get my vaccines at Walgreens and hope to see her again.

The pharmacy technician and pharmacist were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The tech was combative and refused to answer simple questions and then put me on hold indefinitely. Unprofessional and lazy.

My husband and I appreciate the pharmacy staff, they are always helpful and fill prescriptions promptly. There is one exception, an older woman named Martha whom seems to actually enjoy being rude and inconsiderate to everyone on the other side of the counter and drive through. It’s curious to me that she has been able to keep her job as long as she has. She must have some redeeming qualities that I have not seen.

Do us all a favor and at least change your posted hours. You are NEVER open on Sunday morning. Always a paper sign slapped on the door stating you have technical difficulties, while workers are taking their smoke break.

There are rats everywhere, the store has been smelled Rat for almost 5 months and the manager of the store doesn't care at all about the situation, the racks are almost empty because the rats ate most of the products.It's unacceptable that a "manager" has allowed this situation for a long time.THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL FOR ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Have stopped by this store numerous times from 7:10-7:15 am to try and buy something on my way to work. Front door is locked and no one in site. Supposed to be open at 7am according to store hours.

OMG DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TODAY…. It stinks sooooo bad, cant breath, the smell is so bad not good for your health at all… I have asthma and almost passed out. When you ask the employees “no one knows” what it is. I feel so bad for them that have to be there all day…. For health reason this store MUST be shut down.

I frequent this store quite often but about 2 weeks ago they had rats get in and have still not taken care of the smell or even fully cleaned up the mess from when it happened.. I feel bad for the employees since they are all so friendly.

ive been going to this one for years, used to be pretty nice. its disgusting in there now. a couple months ago i saw an entire team of people cleaning up brown sludge that had pooled over a large amount of the store. i went back today, forgetting that had happened, and the entire place still smelled like piss. the shelves were all dusty and unkempt. i dont blame the employees who have to work in this environment. it just seems like this store is managed horribly now and has some gross, absurd plumbing issues

The cashier was a doll old lady, her manager Allic was disrespectful to her rolling his eyes behind her back when she’s asking for help. She’s new and then obv wasn’t trained properly. She had to ask him million questions. But this review is about the lack of empathy this manager had. He’s a young man maybe 22-23 yo. Laziest manager ever and then went ahead and didn’t help my boyfriend and I because we had “too much” money to deposit. Super lazy and super unprofessional.* cash app & chime cards literally tell you to go to Walgreens/711 and he still denied us a transaction
