The pharmacy sucks! They kept saying my drs office wasn’t sending my prescription, and I called my drs and they sent it. I even went into my drs office to see and they showed me the receipt on the computer where they sent it. Eventually transferred to another pharmacy, they gave me so much attitude when I was just trying to get my medication. Rediculous, I wouldn’t go here for any medications.

The pharmacist guy was very rude. I went to drop off a prescription and he looked at me like i was an inconvience to him because they were just about to close. Like who is this guy… very rude and unprofessional.

Whenever I call Walgreens Pharmacy, they always put me on hold and then it starts ringing again and they constantly keep putting me on hold and nobody ever wants to answer the phone.

All the bad reviews are 100% correct.
Good luck getting them on the phone. They answer then put you on hold forever until the phone begins to ring again and then the pick it up and put you on hold again without saying anything. This gos on for ever.
Finally I just had to drive there and confronted Dennis about his bad phone etiquette and he say I would have to understand his situation. I get it, hes busy but to just leave people on the phone like that is wrong.
This walgreens is the worst.

I just spent 40 minutes trying to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone with me. For 29 minutes they proceeded to pick up the phone when it rang and put right back on hold at least 20 times. Then I guess they got sick of hearing the phone ring so they just picked it up and left it off the hook. This pharmacy is the worst. I would not go there if I wasn't contracted through my insurance company

The staff in the store are very rude. A lady named BREANNA was pretty rude and disrespectful. She was getting irritated for everything and she doesn’t want to help any customers. She doesn’t even know her job. This walgreens is always short staffed and customers have to wait for long time.

Terrible customer service. I never drop calls with Verizon and mysteriously whenever there's something even slightly complicated when I talk to this pharmacy, the call ends. Strange how that happens only with Walgreens.

The pharmacy over the phone is very rude and impatient. I had a few questions about pricing on vaccines when traveling abroad. Two woman had a huge attitude, seemed very annoyed by any question I had and basically said just go online and look up the information myself. Where is the human kindness and patience, especially at an establishment where your health should be of top concern. Very disappointing. Please get training on customer service skills and just plain decency.

Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. I will start off with the fact that my family has been using this Walgreens to shop at and for our pharmacy for 12 years. We have had so many issues over that time and this is the breaking point. With the exception of 1 and only 1 employee named Dennis the rest of the staff are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Especially in the pharmacy! We had pills missing from prescriptions, my husband was given the wrong medication which had he not paid close attention could have killed him, and the most recent issue is that they never seem to have any medication in stock. He is diabetic,,,,and for anyone that is diabetic you understand the importance of having your medication. It can be a life and death situation. His insulin is always out of stock causing us to either have to wait extra days or try to transfer it to another Walgreens location. and the latest has been pain medication. My husband is 60 years old, has to have a knee replacement but cant have that done until his A1C is where the doctor wants it, which means that in the meantime until the stars line up correctly he is stuck barely being able to walk due to the pain. Walgreens had him waiting for 5 days to refill his prescription of which is a weeks worth of medication that he makes last him 3 weeks. He is NOT abusing anything and only takes when absolutely necessary. To make things worse the disregard for compassion and empathy is sickening. We had already decided today that we were finished with this Walgreens and any other Walgreens and had all of his prescriptions transferred to Publix. That decision was even backed up by his doctors office. I cant tell you how many times the pharmacy blamed the doctor for not sending prescriptions over to have the doctor say yes they did. Just ridiculous. Because we still had 1 prescription that was locked into the system and they did get ready for us today after 5 days of waiting I personally went to pick up that medication to be treated horribly. Tiffany the Operations Manager as it stated on her shirt was so rude. There was no How can I help you today? It was Yeah what's the name, who are you to him? what's the address? And you know what I called her out on her rudeness and she obviously didn't like that. If the manager is like that how do you think the rest of the staff is? I would go as far away from this Walgreens as you can get . It's a shame they have 1 really great employee and he doesn't deserve to be ran under the bus with the rest of the staff. I'll bet if they were on the other side of the window and their family or themselves were in excruciating pain or their sugar was out of whack they would want someone to show some empathy for them now wouldn't they? I understand stressful jobs I understand people being rude I am a server for a living, believe me I have had my share of rude people, but at the end of the day you treat people how you would want to be treated and this Walgreens I believe is incapable of treating people with kindness.

THIS PHARMACY SUCKS. They are completely incompetent. They will send you an email(several) telling you your prescription is ready, then when you go to pick it up, they can't find it then make up lame excuses like it was saved to your profile so maybe there is a problem with insurance, and when you say why did you send me emails to pick it up, you get the blank stare. I had the same problem at this location 10 yrs ago and stopped using them. Evidently, they have recurring bad management that they can't learn out of.

Pharmacist or tech (white male mid 40s) caught a serious attitude that I wouldn't give him my phone through the drive thru drawer. I held up the phone with the goodrx coupon in full screen, very close to the glass, and he just kept snickering and shaking his head. I confronted him about his behavior and he wouldn't respond at first but then said it's weird that I wouldn't give him my phone. I don't see what the issue is with simply showing him the info he needs. I could've also read it off to him. But he chose to make it a problem and let me know he was unhappy with my refusal to hand him my phone. Seriously petty and unprofessional.

The worst pharmacy ever. The automatic refill system doesn’t work. I get messages that my prescriptions are ready but they never are. It’s a constant fight that to get my prescriptions.
