This location is pretty awful. Takes multiple days to refill prescriptions, never confirms when they are ready or out of stock, and several times have refilled quantities incorrectly or decided not to fill an authorized prescription because it wasnt covered by my insurance. That’s nice of them to be concerned about the cost, but not their decision to make without consulting me.

If I didn’t need to come here for a work drug screening I wouldn’t have stayed. The most miserable staff in the lab. I honestly hope I never have to come here again. Completely unorganized and rude. I’m embarrassed for this store.

Clearly one of the female pharmacists hates her job and takes that out of people who call, but the guy working the drive thru was amazing.

I came here to get labs done. I went to the window next to where you sign in for labcorp to ask a pretty simple question, but I guess I went to the wrong person. The person I spoke to was a woman who worked for the pharmacy and not labcorp, but she communicated this in an incredibly rude manner. First of all, she made it sound like I was in the wrong building and when I asked for clarification she snapped at me. She even cut me off in the middle of my sentence and basically spoke to me like I was stupid. I get it, I was not talking to the right person. There are many different ways you can communicate that without being rude or talking down to someone. I have worked with people for many years and I have dealt with some seriously difficult clients/customers, but I would never speak to anyone in that manner.
I will not be back, especially not for the pharmacy.

Needed a skincare regimen so I went to the Walgreens and Emma was super friendly, informed, and her customer service skills are awesome. She helped me buy a few things to get me started. I’ll definitely be back to ask for her help again!

This accepted a script for Paxllovid ( note a script that you need to take ASAP) when positive for Covid. Yet they had none.
They all close at 9PM. They all look like they did in the 70's. Use a different Pharmacy...CVS on MLK is open 24 hours the wait can be long but you will get your script. Publix is always nice and not that busy just check they have what you need first.

Returned an item today and the bar code at the bottom was not scanning as a few numbers/ lines were blurred. Customer rep stated store credit only even though my main Walgreens looked up by my member phone number when I forgot my receipt once. She gave me half of what I paid. Went back up and she said that's our sale price now, when the receipt shows I paid full price. Exact words " Well, I didn't have your receipt...she had it in her hand during the 5 minute return process. Her attitude was snotty. Not sure why you hire reps that don't know how to do customer service or their job correctly. Awful, wish my location wasn't temporarily closed. I'd never go back to this location.

Don't go to the CVS. Walgreens is better. The staff here is nice and everyone in the evening has cool and colorful hair. It's like a new aged music video. Be careful in the men's bathroom, the pharmacist likes to pee in the stall and he has terrible aim.

Partial refills are the normal procedure at WalgreensThey take the money for a full Rx but only give a few pills or capsules; when one asks for the rest of the refill, they start a whole new refill so you lose $$ on the first Rx, by not getting afull script the first time, and then they use up the refills the Dr prescribed very fast. The Dr wonders if you are selling the pills on the street and not taking them yourselfI t is most embarrassing and makes one feel like a felon. The doctor is then hesitant to give you a new script.I have asked for NO PARTIAL REFILLS BUT I AM STILL GETTING THEM. I CONSIDER IT TO BE MEDI-CARE FRAUD. See photos.

Call the Pharmacy looking to see if they had a specific prescription in stock, because my normal pharmacy (different vendor) didn’t have it. The woman I spoke to told me they are not allowed to disclose if they have a medication if they haven’t filled a prescription for me in the past. This is absolutely ridiculous and she was extremely rude. I hadn’t had a prescription filled at Walgreens for a long time, but have in the past. I was not allowed to give my information as she kept interrupting me. She finally found out that the medication was not available. She told me in an extremely condescending tone. That’s not how you treat customers. #walgreens_sucks!

This Walgreens employs nice people at the check out counter but the pharmacists and some of the higher level staff leave so much to be desired. I watched them assist a drug addict who cut in front of an elderly lady in line. I ended up helping that elderly lady pass her ID to the pharmacist because she was about to fall over and then watched them have no regard for her throughout the process. Basically, this Walgreens feels institutionalized and I despise that sort of removed and withdrawn culture from a place that should be friendly and community minded. Basically, this Walgreens sucks.

I had the most surreal experience tonight at the drive thru pharmacy. It was about 8:30.My wife has been trying to get her Thyroid med Rx filled her for almost a week now. They said it would be ready today, so we went to pick it up, and Lo and behold, the pharmacy tech, Zach, copped a serious attitude when I was telling him that the Rx was supposed to be filled today, not tomorrow. He said "Well that's too bad, it comes tomorrow". I asked him quite shockingly if he was giving me an attitude because I was asking for the medication my wife needs to literally function and he quite frankly said "Yes I am."As I voiced my displeasure and put the car in drive to leave, he laughed through the microphone as we left.I literally can't believe this just happened. It felt like a literal dream. But it did.DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. The one on MLK is just as bad. I would venture to say don't fill your Rx at any Walgreens within the city, but some people don't have that luxury. If you have to, try to use the one on Roosevelt by Gandy..

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Zach flat out refused to look up my good RX number and and save me $75 on my prescription. Told me to look it up myself. The store manager Natalya refused to help. And just ignored me. For the past 2 years I have filled this prescription with Good RX without any issue.
