We came in quick to grab two items before close. Made it a quick trip so we weren’t holding them up. We got to the register at 9pm on 03/27/24 and the cashier rudely stated that she had already taken the drawer out of the register and we couldn’t purchase anything because she didn’t know we were here and couldn’t put the drawer back in the register.
How did you not know we were here? We were greeted by the gentleman with glasses when we walked in. Do you not check the store before making sure there are not any paying customers in it before you “shut down the register”. Do you not communicate with your other associate who greeted us at the door?
Won’t be back to this Walgreens due to the rude employees

I have always gotten excellent service at this Walgreens. The other day I got a call from the pharmacist just checking to see how I was doing with a new medication that I have been taking for two weeks. I was so impressed that he would take the time to call me personally, and seemed to have all the time in the world to make sure I was OK

First I know all businesses are busy and short of staff but at some point you have to answer the damn phone I called they tell me it's one person ahead of me I'll wait another 15 to 20 minutes on someone to answer the phone that comes on the phone and say hold on a minute before I could say anything they already put me on hold again for another 30 minutes I need my medicine I need to speak to customer service who called and left a message for me to contact them how can I contact them when they won't answer the phone there's no one walking inside of your business because of repairs you don't have time come to the window and now you don't even answer the phone people depend on you guys to provide them with their medication I am just sick and tired of poor customer service with all Walgreens that I've dealt with unsatisfied don't even express what I'm actually feeling a one-star rating is still too much to give you guys

Horrible experience at photo department. I simply wanted to make 1 copy of a picture. Being unfamiliar with your equipment, I asked for help. There were two people working photo at the time. Neither were busy. The girl went in the back room & did not come back out. Neither wanted anything to do with helping me & ALL I WANTED WAS ONE PHOTO. What do you pay these people for? This happened on 3/13/24 just before 11:00 am @ this store if anyone cares, which I'm quite sure you don't.

Went to add money to my card and was told they stopped last week because they been getting too many fake bills. You don’t know where the fake bills come from to be stopping a service. People could be paying for their items with fake bills but you’re still selling stuff. You should properly train your workers on how to check bills because it’s really not that hard. It is a BIG inconvenience when people come all they way there for a service it says you offer.

I went to load cash onto my chime card, and the manager on duty told me that they stopped loading cards last week. So I went to another Walgreens to put the money on my card and they loaded it no problem. The shift lead at the store on 38th ave n and 34th st said she had not heard anything about stopping loading cards. They was wonderful at that location and I give them a 5 star rating at that location. How is one location not loading cards?

Pharmacist are incompetent. took 3 days to get a prescription because the pharmacist kept entering it wrong and the insurance kept rejecting it. Finally when i went to pick it up he told me i needed my physical ID not aon my phone (which can be scanned just like a real ID) then when i went to my car to get an old ID they told me it was expired.. I had to drive home with two unhappy kids to get another ID . Upon returning a thirsd time the Pharmacist yelled at me and belittled me. i will never go back to another Walgreens ever! Its saD THEY closed the CVS...btw THE PRESCRIPTION WAS FOR MY 8 YEAR OLD SON!! what A JOKE

Yep, there is a reason this place has such low ratings. Walgreens let me book a Covid test online, and no one was trained. They are so disorganized. Go to CVS

Don't bother. They're never open and don't even carry a lot of brand prescriptions anymore. Always more hassle than it's worth.

Wish I could give no stars…. Trying to call the pharmacist and they just keep answering without saying a word and putting me on hold. After a certain amount of time on hold it’ll ring them back. They did this 4 times to me without saying a word! Trying to get through for a VERY important prescription for my PREGNANCY! Unprofessional as you can get.
