Gross. They close their store WAY before advertised. The staff will harass you and remind you verbally very loud 30 minutes 15 minutes 5 minutes etc to rush you to complete your purchase and get out of there. They also close their bathroom much earlier than their retail hours. The cashier takes constant smoke breaks out front and will happily let you know any of these early closure policies even if you didn't ask. Zero balance between customer and staff, when just trying to get a couple of essentials around 8pm on a Sunday

If I could give zero stars, I would . Sold me some sour milk that still had a good date on it . The milk must have been sitting out all day, and they put it back in the fridge. I am not a milk drinker, but my daughter is, and to know my kid was drinking, that makes me so upset.

3/28/24. Visiting N. St. Petersburg from NY. Always comforting to find a Walgreens with all the items you may need. I don't know why cosmetics is my first stop, I'm excited to find the neon orange clearance tabs in cosmetics. From snacks to bandages it's here!!

I work for a health care clinic and have tried to call this pharmacy to send a prescription in for a patient. After being on hold for nearly 15 minutes, I was hung up on. I tried to call back and once I got a hold of someone I was transferred 3 times and then got hung up on again! This pharmacy wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time. I highly recommend if you are a patient looking for a pharmacy to use DO NOT CHOOSE this walgreens!!

This locations pharmacy has gone downhill over the last few years. They allowed me to go days without my medication because of their “discretion”. I called and asked for my medicine two days early due to travel. I was well within the legal refill law for the state of Florida. The pharm tech told me no. After going back and forth, I accepted I’d have to go without. They then decided to fill it, called, emailed and texted so I went up the next night right before they closed. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins with zero acknowledgement, they said NO and said they filled it in prep of the morning. The pharm tech asked for proof of vacation but the pharmacist Ngozi said that’s not proof but wouldn’t tell me what’s proof??? They were also able to refill in the system so why make me wait for them to open in the morning when I wouldn’t be here. Spoke to a manager who said everything is at their discretion including using GoodRx. Cool but what makes them decide when there are no rules??I was discriminated against in my opinion. At no point did Ngozi step in. She hid behind the pharm tech. So unprofessional. I will never use this location again.

Went to this location on a Saturday evening and the doors were mysteriously locked with no note or anything, glad it wasn’t something urgent I needed that day. Also the black pharmacist lady is a real B and I have no clue why she got into her job if she seems to hates performing it, she should be fired

Would be a zero, but that’s not an available option. Ngozi is the rudest and most discriminatory pharmacist I have experienced in my 40 plus years of life. She should be fired as this pharmacy has crossed massive legal lines with her lack of professionalism and ethics. Jordan ran this pharmacy with professionalism and dignity, this isn’t Walgreens.
