Unfortunately my Dr called my rx into this pharmacy by mistake and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude because I didn’t know what a BIN number was. She was unwilling to help me and talked over me simply repeating herself that I needed to call my insurance company if I didn’t have “the BIN number”. I’m a 45 year old professional, I can’t imagine how she treats elderly. Then I show up FOUR hours after that call and the rx is not ready. They’ve had the rx for 7 hours at this point. Awful.

Not sure if they aren't paid enough or what but these people never act like they want to be there. Customer service is always poor.

There's always something that goes wrong talking with them. From not being able to do math to having a pharmacist suggest I take a partial dose of my medication to make it last longer. I finally got my medication refilled after lots of arguing, but they used the old script at a lower dosage. I'm not even going to go back. I'm changing pharmacies and hopefully they'll be more competent.

Variety of name brand products here ranging from skincare, to hygiene and other things. Overall, as a Walgreens member, the deals are very good here, because oftentimes products will be on clearance for 50% off or even have fantastic buy one get one 50% bogo deals to help you save money on the items you trust and love! The staff here for the most part are all very cordial and helpful. However I had to take off one star though for multiple poor experiences with an extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and rude assistant store manager who's worked here's who been nothing but spiteful towards me in all our interactions - I do hope she's been replaced by someone more suitable for the job and hope she's improved upon her poor customer service skills and has found a job which better suits her needs. Overall, would still definitely recommend coming here due to all the fantastic savings you can get on the items you want :)

Since November I have been trying to get my 3 prescriptions in line together and have them all be 90-day prescriptions. My doctor sends 90 day prescriptions and Walgreens said sometimes the insurance companies don't want to do that. I called my insurance company they have no problem with that. It turns out Walgreens seem to have a problem with it. On my last visit they said the doctor only sent a 60-day prescription which is not true the doctor has always sent a 90-day prescription. I walked out went to CVS and they filled my prescription 90 day without any issue the first time. I will never go back to Walgreens.

Looking at the coupons for deodorant says buy one get 50% on next...BUT have to buy the yuckie smelling one..uh no thanks...also parking lot ..trash everywhere...what happened Walgreens???
