I recommend going elsewhere. You will likely have to go in person, several times, to get many of your prescriptions. Today was my fourth visit to this Walgreens attempting to get one prescription over a period of two weeks. And it still wasn’t ready. That said, this pharmacy seems under staffed by Walgreens and likely needs more support from its corporate offices to run an efficient pharmacy.

I will agree with all of the recent 1 star reviews of this location. The hours are unpredictable, the pharmacy seems to just be the local face for a mail order pharmacy. I too, have considered changing pharmacys....but....Throughout it all, there’s been one constant: a smile that not only rekindles my spirits but also revives my mother’s. Witnessing her grace under the relentless wave of customers, her patience that stretches beyond the imaginable, and her ability to astonish me time and again, is nothing short of remarkable. She possesses an intimate familiarity with the clientele, greeting each by name effortlessly. This extraordinary individual is Holly. THANK YOU HOLLY!Just put her in charge and everything will be fine.Overall the location has fallen off a cliff over the past couple of years. For that 1 star.Holly = 5 starsSo it can keep my 4 star review from several years back.Give her a raise, Give her a promotion, give her a new store.Phatmacy Manager and PM Store manager are pretty decent and efficient as well.Your loyal customer of....hmmmmn well forever,Gary

Very bad service in the pharmacy. It is always a long line (like 4 people)and the pharmacist are in the computers preparing orders and only one person attending the customers. I need my blood pressure medicine after I went to the hospital with very high blood pressure, the following day I saw my Dr who prescribed the common BP medicine when I checked for my medicine that evening it was not ready I checked again the following day & came back to the pharmacy window and they make me wait for almost half hour and the pharmacist said you have to wait more because the computer doesnt print the price. What????? How long more for forever???.There is no understanding g or compassion with his attitude. This is not the only incident it us always something, long lines, waiting for ever, incomplete orders, problem with refills. The pharmacist doesn't care what is going around..

I went there to pick up a prescription a couple of days after they received it. I was told it had to be ordered from Orlando and would take a two days to arrive. I went by another three times in a two-week span and nobody had even ordered it and one time the pharmacy was closed at 6pm without notice (instead of 8pm). That was the night I was told that the medication would be in store at 10:30 the next morning. I went by for the very last time the day after it was supposed to be there, to give them extra time and - nothing. Finally transferred the prescription and received the medication from another pharmacy within 24 hours. A very common drug, nothing special.

You guys need new overnight staff…this is the only supposed “24 hours store” with the necessary items that is anywhere close and its always closed around midnight til the morning. It used to always be open til about a month ago. So the idiots working overnight are getting paid to do what exactly?

**THEY’RE NOT ALWAYS OPEN 24 HOURS*** Night staff is usually alright when they’re actually open past 11 pm, they’re the only reason any stars got up here. But lately this store just shuts down before midnight and puts a lazy copy paper sheet taped to the door. They’re the only store open in this area at night for emergency supplies, water or food and the only place that can take a FedEx package drop off past 10-11pm in the entire city of St.Petersburg. And unlike CVS and their UPS package acceptance system, Walgreens very often doesn’t have staff that’s trained to use the handheld to accept packages, on top of that, they lie and say the systems down. Not cool, wish they would get another company to handle drop offs. Already deaded this one’s pharmacy during the day cause that’s a nightmare but I might just drop this Walgreens all together, it’s really screwing up aspects of my business that require rapid scans of drop off packages at all hours of the day/night. Next alternative is SP Beach or north past Pinellas park for a 24 hr….waste of time and gas

Not sure what is going on here lately, but after waiting in the drive through pick-up for almost 10 minutes before a pharmacist even came to the window, I got my insulin and drove home to find out they gave me the wrong one! So, I try to call them but the line was busy and after waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I gave up. Other Walgreens’ pharmacies are much better, my advice is to not deal with this location.

I will receive messages and phone calls that my medication is ready for pick up, go to the pharmacy and wait for 1/2 - 1 hour to be served, and will not get my medication: it is not ready, it is not approved by pharmacist, can't find it , was send back, we will need to reorder. Personal is ok-ish, but very, very, very unorganized and unproductive. Most of the time they can not find prescriptions that are already marked like done in the system. Unfortunately I'm tied to Walgreens with my insurance. This is the worst pharmacy experience.

This is related to the PHARMACY: THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was treated so rudely and with such disrespect over the phone by more than one customer service Rep. One of them left me on hold for over 30 minutes, then when I called back to ask what was up with that cause I knew she must have forgotten about me, she got defensive, angry and rude towards me!! And don't hold your breath if you're in the drive-thru line. Service is extreeeeemely slow. Believe me, you won 't be needing the meds anymore by the time you get through. Changing pharmacies asap.

Mainly the pharmacy. Not sure what’s going on back there. If a extra pharmacist or technician is need. I have switch medications out of this location because they struggled to fill prescriptions. It’s challenge to get any vaccines here as well. Best of luck.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have been to. I'll be filling my prescriptions elsewhere.
