Horrible experience. Lady was so rude and condescending towards me when I desperately needed my antibiotics for an infection that I had. Will be changing pharmacies and no longer doing business with them.

This five star review is for Kim and Kim alone. Thank you for simply doing your job very well and helping me in a matter of less than 5 minutes. You are a champ for dealing with me off my meds (because of Walgreens!!!) and a rockstar for still helping me out. Your manager Kati and fellow employees suck for real though lol, but it's okay I'll let corporate know everything, including how awesome you were Kim and how appallingly different your co-workers were!! Thank you again!! I can start to feel healthy again :)

Lead pharmacy tec was insanely condescending even after I jumped through the necessary hoops to get my medication I need to be stable. Filling my remaining prescriptions and Never coming back. She talked down to me like a drug addicted hoodlum and kept changing her reasoning as to why she would not give me my medication. The remaining pharmacy staff are so kind and helpful and sweet and were able to get me my medication. Props to them but never coming back due to that woman. Not everyone is abusing the system and some sensitivity training needs to be in place

Celine went out her way to help..She drove to another store to get my meds that the store was out of and I was out of. She called me to let me so that I come in to pick up my medicine.

Avoid this pharmacy location at all costs! Saw them throwing stuff on the floor, losing inventory medication, and wasting their customers’ time. Regional or corporate needs to come clean house, this location is an embarrassment to Walgreens.

I never thought I would even leave a review for a pharmacy, but wow. Waited an hour in the drive through line, to end up leaving. Went inside and another customer stated they’re under staffed. Look, I totally get being understaffed but in the end this is not a restaurant, it’s a PHARMACY. people need their medication and don’t have hours everyday to try and get it!! At least explain the situation to people waiting instead of just ignoring them. Run from this pharmacy! Lol

Horrible customer service and the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The staff talks over you and is not educated. There is one lady in the pharmacy that gives you wrong information, never apologizes, and hangs up on you. The pharmacist, Steve is also rude and doesn't understand how it is the customers right to get information about their own medication, however silly the questions are. Even after my doctor has called multiple times saying how its ok to fill my prescription, they judge you if you run out early. Ive been out of medications for weeks as well because of them. I am so livid with this pharmacy and definitely will not be using them anymore. What a nightmare!

Honestly not sure what the other reviews are all about. This Walgreens is great. I've had great customer service from a team who has obviously been working straight through this pandemic. I appreciate their helpfulness. This is the Walgreens our family uses for all of our needs. I would definitely recommend it. I think people need to calm down and appreciate essential workers. They are doing their best, and they are doing a fantastic job.

This is our pharmacy and the staff is incredible. I see other comments to the contrary but today staffing issues and a huge demand due to covid, has affected every pharmacy. We have always been handled efficiently and with a smile. Steve is the head Pharmacist. He is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to their entire staff. We appreciate you!!

Very slow. Not very friendly or helpful. I swear I think every Walgreens store is constantly understaffed which makes both the employees miserable and the customers. Sitting at drive Thru to pickup prescriptions for twenty minutes (before being helped, when I was first car in line) while the lady throws her hands up me is a little much though. Lady, if you're understaffed you need to escalate that internally instead of being frustrated in me. Cmon Walgreens. Get it together.

My husband and I just moved here and had our first COVID shot. The pharmacy team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. We were extremely pleased with the kind and caring service that was provided. I highly recommend this location!
