Went in today and everyone seemed a little stressed but that didn’t stop Nicholas from helping me out to the best of his abilities. Every time I come in he’s incredibly sweet and very informative. He went above and beyond to make sure i get what i need every time i come!

Some of the rudest pharmacy workers I’ve met to date. I went to fill a prescription and they were out, so the I asked the pharmacist for help finding a Walgreens near me that had it in stock. She told me they could not help me and said I don’t know what you want from me very loudly as if to humiliate me in front of the other customers. I then had to spend the next day finding a Walgreens that did have the prescription in stock bc, luckily, another location helped me find it. Ridiculous.

Lead pharmacy tech was insanely rude and condescending because I have to take a controlled substance to be stable mentally even after I jumped through the necessary hoops to be able to get said medication. She talked to me like I knew nothing and was holier than thou. Not everyone abuses pharmaceuticals. I have untamable adhd and autism that makes me not be able to function as an adult and she tried everything to keep my medication from me. This is not the first time I've had this experience and it's been the same for a few others I know that go there

Just wanted to highlight an exceptional customer service experience I had here! I believe her name was Dominique, and she was above and beyond in terms of customer service. She recommended the Nice! Oatmeal cookies because she loves them herself and they're amazing but more than anything she was just a ray of sunshine and it was probably the best customer service I've ever had. (Dear Walgreens managers, she was working this location 06/14 at 1:30 as a cashier)

Getting really frustrated with Walgreens pharmacy service the past few years. They seem to run out of medication a lot, making me drive all over the city to multiple locations. A lot of the front counter assistants are poorly trained both in knowledge of your order and lack basic customer service skills. )I go to CVS for any \\u0026 all vaccinations). Hope they realize at the corporate level . Plus, most of their generic meds are coming from India .They are not working like they should ...just cheaper for Walgreens. Shame on them for putting profit above our health needs.These substandard generics are going to become the next health crisis in America.

They never answer the phone which is probably why my doctor couldn’t get through to refill my prescription. I went there to talk about my issue and while I was in line the phone rang for about 10 minutes straight without them even acknowledging it. After they weren’t very helpful with my questions I walked away and said please just answer the phone sometime and Avery the “pharmacist” just laughed.

I will reemphasize all the other 1-2 star reviews on the pharmacy. The wait is always long despite how many people are in front of you. Half the time I get to the front after waiting forever they tell me my prescription isn't there even though I received a text saying it was ready for pick up. This last time the pharmacist told me I had to respond yes to that, even though there's no prompt to answer I have all the other times they refilled with no response from me. That was the last straw and I told them I was transferring to a different pharmacy. Time to give publix a shot.

Horrible pharmacy that doesn't order medication that's controlled. They can't transfer the medication to another pharmacy they're lazy. Unresponsive and borderline incompetent. Send your prescription literally anywhere else in the world.

FedEx was down and they couldn't accept my package for return. Rather that even sort of apologize for the inconvenience the women were rude and behaved as if I was wrong for expecting they help.
