My car needed a lot of work, and this shop did a great job on it. The pricing is fair, and their work is under warranty. They even advised me about the best way to make sure the parts repaired last as long as possible.

I am not a mechanic and cannot judge their work but I can comment on their service. I got stranded with an overheated engine and after googling for a while, I picked this shop as my AAA towing destination. I dropped my car off after hours, received an estimate the next morning, and picked up my car the same evening. What really made me happy was that I never got the feeling to be taken advantage of. The car is 19 years old and it would have been easy to tag on all kinds of things that could use attention. They didn't! The only thing they mentioned was a cracking belt and since the last two times that I got an oil change, the mechanics had mentioned it, I was happy to get the belt finally replaced.
The car is fixed and I had a warm and fuzzy feeling about their competence and honesty.

As of 6/21/24, I have had several issues with the car and these folks couldn't be better!!! They fix everything and reasonable prices! Can't ask for a better mechanic team. Highest recommendation!!!!

Their team is not only skilled but also incredibly dependable. Whether it’s routine maintenance or unexpected repairs, we’ve always felt confident that our vehicles are in the best hands. The quality of their work speaks for itself—our cars run smoothly and efficiently, thanks to their diligent and thorough service.
During my very recent 1,000-mile road trip to Kansas City, my car started pulling very badly to the right side. I took it to the dealership in KC and the tech I was working with was suggesting over $4,000 in repairs, in addition to needing to do an alignment just to even see what the problem was. I was told my front struts were beyond replacement, my back axel was needing full replacement soon (quoting me around $3,500 to do it), and a possible bend in my suspension. This was all extremely discerning to hear. Needless to say, the thousand-mile 2-day trip back was one of the most anxiety-inducing drives I have ever made; I was beyond petrified.
Upon arriving back, I once again took it Victory and upon full inspection it was revealed that I basically just needed new tires. Hah. The team at Victory reassured me that everything the tech in KC was talking about was indeed false. I did not in fact need new struts, or a back axel replacement, nor was there any kind of bend in my suspension. It was such a relief to hear that the car was basically completely fine.
I want to personally thank Joe, Kelly, Eric and the whole entire team at Victory Auto Service for always having our best interest, and always taking care of us with tact and professionalism. When people talk about “Southern Hospitality”, this is what they’re talking about.
Overall, Victory Automotive Service has earned our highest recommendation. They’ve been an integral part of keeping our family’s vehicles in top shape for many years, and we’re incredibly grateful for their unwavering dedication and outstanding service. If you’re looking for an automotive service you can trust, look no further than Victory Automotive Service. If I could give 10 stars I would! 10 stars for 10 excellent years of service!

Do not go to Victory Auto. They charged my uncle $3000 to replace a fuel line that took over 2 weeks. While in their shop, a rat got into their vehicle and damaged the vehicle’s wiring. After fighting with them and having to leave bad reviews just to get their attention, they made a small repair but did not remove the rat so the damage continued until my uncle was finally able to trap the rat himself. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage, Victory wanted to charge him $5,000 to repair it. Maybe if the lot wasn’t rat infested or if they were decent this could have been resolved but it seems there needs to be legal action. Save yourself the time and trouble with these degenerates.

I strongly recommend AGAINST Victory Automotive. They charged me $3,000 to replace a fuel line that took over 2 weeks. While in their shop, a rat took up residence in my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage done by the rat, they wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair it

The folks at Victory were very courteous and kind. They went out of their way to inform me of the common maintenance expenses related with the car I was looking to buy. They explained everything in an easy to understand way. And they even sent me a handwritten note in the mail thanking me for using them for my mechanic needs. Highly recommend them and their services.
