This store is awful for birds and anything that's not a dog or cat. Found eggs in their finches' food box and countless dead fish floating in the tanks. Their prices for their birds are insane and while that's out of the employees' control, the lack of care for the animals is not

This store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable and available to help. Most larger stores you have to search for someone to help and usually they do not know much about the brands. I was switching my cat to a limited diet food and the gentleman that helped me knew everything about the brands they had. He recommended a great brand that didn't break the bank yet my cat is feeling so much better on the food he chose. We are forever a customer.

The staff was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. I didn't have an appointment to get my Rosie her Rabies vaccination, but they welcomed us in with open arms anyway.

Cashier refused to wear a mask. Not just below nose but no mask or barrier at all. Will not be shopping here or any pet supermarket again.

This team is Great! COVID conscious AND customer oriented. I Highly recommend them. Not as big as a big box store but friendlier and with a greater selection of toys, fish essentials, and a good selection of higher quality furry friend food without the up charge. Stop in, hit the sanitizer station in front, and grab what you need. Another note - their reward program is good too. I like getting the $5 off!

I went to this location for the first time because I was sent a $3 off coupon. I should've called first because they are a tiny store without any freezer foods. My puppy eats the Instinct Raw Lamb bites which is a freezer item. So anyways, I drove there and when I went in, I asked them where they have their freezer items and the 2 workers, an older man and younger female were extremely rude. The man said they didn't carry any freezer items in a very condescending tone. He tried to sell me another brand of dry food but I told him that I only want the Instinct Raw as that's what I've been feeding. He kept saying no no. I walked out, taken back how rude and unhelpful he was. I won't be back.

I'm not trying to bash this company but I do not like their return policy. I purchased a bag of dog food last night, to get home to realize I hadn't gotten the "small breed" size kibbles. I returned it unopened and with the receipt this morning, for the exact same brand. I had to give them my phone number and complete address just to make an even exchange. The cashier couldn't even do it, had to get the manager to do it. It was just a little annoying. All in all not a bad store.

I was so happy to have a Sunday option for this years shots. My schedule just wouldn't allow me to connect with my dogs everyday vet. These folks get two thumbs up and 5 stars. They were efficient, gentle and not a bit of upsell. No nonsense.
