Had such a great experience at this store a couple weeks back while my partner and I upgraded our phones and joined plans. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any others! My time spent at other Verizon stores has been frustrating from my past experiences. But Kris at this Verizon store was so patient and helpful! Answering all of our questions and concerns about joining plans, we spent 1.5 hours there on a Saturday and left feeling very satisfied with our new phones/plan. I am a BIG fan of the Verizon on Park street. I have had 2 major difficulties over a 2 year period and they consistently provide help that sticks and made me feel sooo comfortable. Today Johnna the Manager was swift and articulate and eprovided ease of achievement. Thank you Johnna ❣️

I want to share my experience at the Verizon store with their amazing team, particularly my most recent experience with the store manager, Magan. I was having some serious difficulties, and she was incredibly helpful and informative. I felt she truly cared. sure I was happy with my service and wanted to help resolve my situation. Magan was patient and knew exactly what needed to be done to provide a resolution. I will be back. Thank you to the Verizon team at Park Street.

This is the great Verizon family from Park St St Petersburg. Look for this tattoo, and you'll find Magin one of the store managers. She's awesome. Also, Greg, who is by far the best customer service and manager of the store he is the best at working out issues with your account or items. He will do what it takes to give you a satisfactory result. If not, tell him that Miguel is a liar... lol. If you are interested in opening an account or setting up multiple services, say Miguel sent you and have them give you my referral bonus as my treat to you.

Elijah and JP helped me on a Sunday night at 9pm - they did a great job - happy with new phone and service - could I have got the phone cheaper probably but the situation I was in and the service I got was well worth the extra loot. I challenge anyone to own or work in one of these stores for a week before they write a negative review - great job guys thanks

Verizon customer for over 15 years. Just a short note about the great service I received at this location, as opposed to another one over in Seminole. Needed a SIM card replaced. Walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by the manager, Johnna. She took care of us quickly and we had a new SIM card and back out the door in less than 10 minutes. This is the way a business should be run. Thanks.

Look the OWNER WAS AMAZING I ENJOYED OUR CONVERSATION!!! ARNELL was good too. They the cheapest in the area I found so far I have no complaints about the price and service. Again I had the owner take care of me and he was very nice and understood business and the importance in the value of each customer. Over all it was a great experience from both men and I wish them all the best with their new store and I hope it continues way better than the ones across the street!!
