The lady almost left one of my nails shorter than all the rest, I had to ask her to add a tip to make them even. I got dip nails which at first are uneven and bumpy until they have taken the time to file them and shape them, which she did not do I left with bumpy uneven nails. The one she added a tip to looks like a bubble. This used to be my favorite nail salon, but these past couple times I’ve been they have seemed to be rushing and have not been giving the same experience they did.

I used to go to the salon religiously years ago and the quality went way down. I went there today because I get my hair done at jcon and it seemed very convenient to try it again. I can tell you that you do not want to be a walk-in at this salon. I was shifted between three nail techs and had a terrible pedicure that I had to micromanage the woman, and then icing on top was that they told me what I was going to tip. Terrible. Terrible customer service 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Kim did a wonderful job on my nails! It was my first time coming to Venus and I had a very pleasant experience. She took her time with the details while still being efficient. They look exactly like the reference picture I showed her. Definitely recommend!

I have had my nails done at this shop twice. Both times my DIP lasted about 2 weeks. Then it started to peel and chip. Very disappointing. At other shops it lasts upwards of 6 weeks!

Felt very rushed seemed like pedicure took only like 10 minutes. Worst pedicure I ever had. No attention to detail at all. Disappointed

Great customer service here. Every time I am in town I stop in for a pedicure. Try the lemongrass hot stone package, you won't be disappointed!

I went in for a basic manicure and left with multiple bloody fingers from cutting nails and cuticles too short. Even worse, they just painted over the bloody portions since the bleeding wouldn’t stop. Very unsanitary for the next person.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and never had a problem until my last 2 visits. The last 2 visits they have been rough with cutting my cuticles causing me to leave with bandaids on.

i came in before 7pm to get a simple eye brow and leg waxing and they said they where closed when they are in fact open till 8

Got a fancy deluxe pedicure which was $56 and the girl told me it was $5 more for gel polish. Pedicure was great until she swiped my card for $76. I told her that was not correct and she argued it was $20 more for gel color. I’ve never paid that much more for gel polish to be applied instead of regular. I told her I will not be returning because she lied to me!

On my first visit I also had Hannah do my nails, and she did an amazing job!!!
