This office is the most incompetent and unorganized office I have ever had to deal with . I recently moved I have filled out 3 change of address forms . For the month of January they said I didn’t show Id when you can’t turn in the form without showing ID . ID was showed went a second time in February still didn’t accept it went back in March filled out form number three and now their saying they can’t accept the form because its pass 45 days of my move date lol so I guess 4xs the charm with a falsified move date due to this office incompetence . Will be doing the form on line

Rude disgusting attitude from the old black lady at the front. Get out of my conversation you rude jerk!!! And you wonder why the USPS is going downhill. Every single post office I ever visit everyone hates their life and job. Such a disgrace. The tall older black GENTLEMAN, rolled his eyes at her ignorance and helped us with our package.

Went to the post office? to do a address verification, they were a little short staffed but they still greeted ?♂️?♀️each person as they entered the lobby and thanks us for our patients, they were very friendly and efficient with each person that they waited on, it took no time at all to do the address verification I signed? and was on my way, thank you for the good service???

Went there the other day went to ask for a tape to wrap my package I waited patiently for it when Bruce embarrassed me in front of a lot of customers that I am not the only one here that there are a lot of people here waiting mind you i stood there just waiting for it when he finish with the customers when he shouted out like that I am not the only one here everyone stop stood stun and came over to me and ask I f I was alright so I went in line waited my turn and went to another staff to take care of me he is a clown a joker and very disrespectful iam glad that their are pages like this for customers to say something when something is wrong thank you

When I arrived at the USPS location just before closing time with an urgent package to send off, I was fortunate to be assisted by Bruce, an employee whose helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Bruce was not only quick and efficient in handling my package, but he was also incredibly friendly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring I was completely informed and comfortable with the shipping process. Luckily, I was able to ship my package right on time without any hassle. It’s not often that I get good experiences at shipment centers.

USPS , all I have to say they should close all post offices and let the private sector handle it.I can’t just believe their still exist with that sort of customer service, horrible customer service,prices please is like double what you would pay somewhere else , and God forbid you ask for something like little tape , or a sticker oh no no , you have to pay for everything.?

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my missing item case.I find it disappointing that despite my initial search request on 10/18/2023, the missing item(s) cannot be located due to insufficient information. I understand the challenges of such situations, but it is essential that I voice my concerns about the process.Matt comfort who is the manager was absolutely no help at all. No one knows how to run anything correctly there. This is why you should not mail in vote. They lose your mail!I kindly request a reassessment of my case and hope that additional relevant information can be added to help identify my missing item(s). I can provide details about the packaging, item(s) inside the package, and labeling, as suggested in your email. I believe this additional information will aid in the resolution of my case.
