Tracy is so rude. I was mailing packages for my Fathers business while he was out of town. He usually goes to the post office on 1st but this one is closer to my house. I presented the QR codes for her to scan to get the labels for my packages and she just was shaking her head saying, “this ain’t gonna work”. Yes, I did have 17 packages but they needed to be mailed out. She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head through the entire process. The guest before me was having trouble with the “tap” option on the credit card machine and she was rude to her as well and eye rolled her and shook her head at her as well. None of us want to be shipping boxes out on our days off so you could at least be nice Tracy!!! I will never come back to this location. I will drive the extra couple miles!

I live in this Post Office's jurisdiction, and I get my mail excruciatingly late. A magazine I'm supposed to receive every Monday or Tuesday often still hasn't arrived by Friday or Saturday. Disappointing and frustrating.

One person working the counter, 15 people in line. What's wrong with this place .

The two ladies working at this office at about 11am on a Monday are probably the most friendly and helpful postal employees or for that matter any staff member or employee of any business I’ve needed service at, and I’m trying not to exaggerate. Given that they are civil service and will probably keep those jobs regardless of how they treat the public makes me appreciate them even more. Frankly I’m thinking of going back tomorrow even though I need absolutely nothing from the post office! Just kidding, but seriously, good people!

I've been mailing packages from this Post Office for almost thirty years. I had an item get damaged during transit. Since I shipped with Global Advantage, it was insured for up to $100. It cost me $101.09 to have the item repaired. The only way you can file an insurance claim is online. It's not a user friendly site, but I finally found where to file the claim. When I went to do so, it would only allow me to enter the tracking number, and not the shipping date on the next line, as there was something wrong with the website. I tried several times using both my phone and then my computer, with the same result. So, I went to the Post Office to see if they could assist, or have a form, but they said the only way to file a claim is on line, and there was nothing they could do. There's a phone number that you can call, but the wait time is always 45 minutes, or longer. Gone are the days of customer service. So, if you have to file a claim, good luck, as you'll spend several hours in doing so, and that's if their system works, or you finally get someone to answer the phone. I guess that's to the insurance company's advantage, and it's quite a deterrent in your ability to collect your claim. After this experience, I'm considering using a different carrier from now on.

I had a package intercepted by USPS and it was held at this post office instead of the one on 1st Avenue, where it was supposed to go. The post office called me on Wednesday to tell me the package was there after I filed a claim with USPS. The package was a gift for my best friend who lives down there. She has been to both post offices and both claim they do not have it. USPS tracking shows it is at this post office, someone from this post office CALLED me to confirm they have it, and yet will not give it to her. I am BEYOND angered by this situation considering two separate post offices are claiming the other has it.

Came in this week about 30 min after they're opened to ship off 26 lbs box to another state in the Midwest. The cheapest option is $68 which is on par with UPS.Wait time: The wait wasn't long. Only one person ahead of me, and one person at the register.
Parking: Plenty of parking. There was only 1 other car in the small lot. A few steps away from the door which helps with carrying a heavy box.Counter service: Been here a few times before. Never had any issues with service. Counter Service people were straight face like they're done dealing with people or they greet you with friendly smiles. Mostly the first. But service was always good.Package delivered on time. 3 days after.

Same mailbox and carrier for years in North St.Pete. It works fine, we dont lock it on purpose because its a small building with alot of elderly people. I would like to thank Camron Walters on his first day on the route for pounding on my front door and starting an argument with my wife for the lock not working on the mailbox. Can still close and shut it like every mailbox in the country. The next time you send a man to start yelling at my wife while theres a baby crying because she thinks its about to get hostile over meaningless problems that could of been talked about I wont waste my time writing a review

I’ve never had a bad incident or customer service here! Everyone is super helpful! I always get anxiety when trying to figure out the package size I will need along with the costs and, every time, I have been graciously helped. It’s nice to find a location where the staff actually smiles and knows the regulars.
