I’ve been using this Post Office since 2004 my experience mostly positive except last Monday 8/12/24 when I wast served by ELINA, she must have a bad day. First, interaction approach right away started short, unpleasant verbal demeanor & strong attitude. I made her aware of it then she literally turn her back & left me in the counter standing & stop serving me, she then start talking over to next counter with co-employee to secure alliance, clearly displayed bad behavior of a Gov’t employee, very unethical. Then went in the back office to vent & a lady (must be the PO Supervisor) comes out the room laughing just in appropriate, unprofessional behavior to the whole situations & not acceptable & should never be tolerated in USPS.

I'm using this post office on regular basis, right now it's s but of a mess outside the parking lot is being redone and the surface is wild specially after rain. They renovated the inside lobby and have installed a new machine so you can print your labels.

Horrible customer service and a long line with only one person at the register who works VERY slow. Typical government agency.

I have been tracking my package. This office keeps sending it back the the USPS processor in YBOR. They have done it for 4 days now. This is not right. I called the national number and she was even surprised of how many times it has been sent back. My address is on the item so what is the problem??? USPS system is still back in the 70s and 80s. Whomever the post master at this location needs to look at their workers. Start watching the scans of the items being put in the system. Because why is my item going to this location and within 15 minutes scanning back to go to YBor distribution center. I keep calling the number and it does is rings. The phone system doesn't even have a greeting or anything.That is crazy. I just feel like crying because I need my medicine.

I mailed something certified mail 4/16/2024 the tracking hasn’t been updated since then. I Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt assuming they just wasn’t updating it. But today 6/1/2024 I finally called and spoke with a representative from USPS and they opened up an investigation on it told me I’ll hear back in 2-3 business days. Not even 5mins later I got a call from USPS AUSTIN TEXAS which is where my mail was supposed to be delivered and they told me they NEVER received it and it’s apparently still at the USPS In Tampa Florida. I Paid extra for CERTIFIED MAIL and it meant nothin. It’s been 7 weeks and my mail is still sitting at the same facility. And they’re telling me I need to redo it and pay for Priority express mail. But why would I wanna pay more for something I previously paid for and y’all LOST IT?? I’m so upset .

I visited my local post office today and was a little distracted. Tara clerk 95 who helped me was so kind and patient and completed my transaction in a calm professional manner and I left feeling better and quite impressed with the service.

Abysmal. I’ve had a package sitting there in their possession for a week with no updates. Opened an inquiry and of course got no response. I’m not sure why they drug test to work for the usps when you can can basically be mentally challenged and work for them. They have been talking about closing down the smaller offices for years. Can’t say I feel bad for them.

I came to this location the to show proof of my son school identification get to the window Denise didn’t have a clue what the process was so I asked to speak too the manager Frankie comes out with and nasty attitude arguing with me back and forth when I told him that I’m a customer he said he doesn’t care and still telling me that they will mail me a barcode for the the change of address which that’s not true they will email it too so I’m not sure how’s he’s a manager with this kinda disrespectful and misinformation terrible location.

im generally not a negative or hyperbolistic person, but this was one of the MOST frustrating and least helpful post offices every. i came to pick up an important IRS form i ordered and sent via general delivery bc i don’t have an address… they said they sent the envelope back the SAME DAY it arrived. couldn’t tell me when it arrived or if it even did, just that if it came in they wouldn’t keep it for more than a few hours. the IRS takes 14 days for any form to arrive through mail and i needed this on a deadline. they totally and absolutely screwed me with no remorse.
USPS website states this post office accepts general delivery and that no application is required. in FAQs, it is stated that in general, packages are held for a minimum of 10 days. guess i should’ve digged a little deeper and called to make sure that the post office here would actually do their job. terrible policy and management.

Made a special trip to that Post Office even with the poor rating.Arrived Saturday morning to ship 2 small boxes and needed 10 inches of tape to close the box and was denied, telling me that I needed to buy a roll!!!Went back home with my packages frustrated but happy to know I will never go back to that Post Office.Service 0Friendly 0

Just left here and I will say ill never be back and will be using other services other than post office to get my mail out.I sent a package out and paid for insurance and 3 day shipping.. 5 days later package hasn't arrived, I can see on tracking they are sending it all over the place, out for delivery and back to the post office etc so I file a claim and get in touch with mine and the arrival post office for them to say it will be rerouted and delivered in a few days, so I waited and now it says delivered and it was never delivered and when I got to the post office this morning to say all of this the women said I won't be getting a refund spite my insurance and also that she does not have any info for me or contact numbers I can talk with the place of possible delivery post offices. Its no surprise amazon and other carriers are doing so well because with customer service like this, no one wants to use them.

This post office now locks it's outside doors at 8pm!! There are only two post offices on the south side that have a self service kiosk and this one is closest to the highway and my home. I had to mail some items tonight on the way home from work and had to drive on the other side of town to the other post office to get my packages labels printed and mailed off. I have been using po boxes for 30+ years and if I went tonight to check my mail to find the door locked I would have closed my box the next day to open another box that allows me 24/7 access!
