I stopped by the branch today to check my balance because I was having issues with my online banking. Mohamed Hasan helped me. Great customer service, he took his time to help me resolve the issue that I had with online banking and he made sure it was resolved before I left. Thank you very much Mohamed

They treat you well but I've been having problems with my account for almost a month and I still can't use my card properly, they block it, I can't access my money and every time I call, everything is fine and nothing works, not even the network and my card is not there. well nothing and I have called more than 20 times and still without solving my problem. I don't know what else to do ????????

Valley National home’s office is coincidentally 15 min from my home in NJ. Having just moved to St Pete for part of the year, & reestablishing new business contacts over the past months, I met Valley National’s awesome staff including the amazing Kathy Wright, VP; Branden, and Jeff Regal, through their tireless work at St Pete Chamber & St Pete Young Professionals (do they ever rest?) In addition to managing a beautiful and smooth running branch office and friendly knowledgeable can-do staff, I always see Kathy (and her staff) contributing after-hours time to many Chamber initiatives.
