First time ever being prescribed a controlled substance and based off this experience---I'll probably just never take the medicine.Called in to see if they could fill prescription for adderall...Pharmacist tells me to bring in recent RX history. I go to Fedex to print off my CVS history; and previous consultation notes from my PCP. Questions me why I went to Fedex instead of CVS. ( I didn't know CVS will just print off your RX history?) Complains the font is small on the page and doesn't listen to a word I'm saying as his follow up questions prove he wasn't listening..Only for him to fall back on the excuse that there is a shortage. Felt like he just wanted to see me in person to see if I fit the description of an addict? Definitely left feeling defeated..which is so not the purpose of addressing your mental health issues.I could write a book on this topic but I'll spare ya I guess. Just disappointed.I get it being a controlled substance--but treating everyone as an addict until proven otherwise is so bizarre to me. I'm a 32yo professional, no history of substance abuse, don't drink, smoke, etc. And I couldn't pass his screening process..so good luck.

I have been using Urban for about 8 years. Their service is excellent.The employees are always very friendly and their knowledge is excellent.They are always willing to help.I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Hands down the BEST pharmacy ever!! Been coming here for 7 years now. I travel 10 miles ONE way just to get my prescriptions here. I will never go anywhere else,they make my once a month drive worth it. They treatyou like family and never discriminate. Don’t ever settle for the big chains. Staff is so so so very nice and understanding.

They went out of their way to make sure my insurance covered the bill. They always have my Rx ready as soon as I leave my Dr... What more could you ask for? These guys rock!

This is my favorite pharmacy. They treat you like family but are always so professional! They always have my meds in stock, and on the off chance that they don't, they'll order and get it the next day. Plus, they go above and beyond. When I've had an insurance issue, they go out of their way to help me get it handled, no matter how many phone calls it takes! Trey is wonderful and so nice, and Candice always greets me by name & even called to tell me happy birthday! No place else like this in St. Petersburg. Seriously, the best.

I have spoke with Trey, Candace, and the owner (Peresh) on the phone on multiple occasions. They are seriously the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. They are so kind, they listen and hear you out on whatever you have to say, and they have always been right on top of whatever their customers need. I may call and speak with one of them, and I can hear them working so hard to make sure their customers are happy and their questions are answered. If you are ANYWHERE near here, this is seriously where you need to go! I would refer anyone I know here because they CARE about their customers, and that truly shows! Their goal is customer care and satisfaction. You don't see that much anymore, so use them to fulfill your medication needs!! Independent pharmacies are the backbone of the industry! Give them your business and you will NOT be sorry!

The staff goes the extra everytime concerning med refills. They just do it for a couple times and stop no I am going on 2 yrs and without fail they call to remind me. I can stop in at a moments notice and ask questions. The staff and owners treat each person like family. I found my PERMANENT Pharmacy give them a try and I know you will feel the same way.
