This is my fav ups store to go to and I live in Palmetto, they are always so friendly and helpful here! I wish I knew her name l, but the young girl with short blonde hair is the best! She makes everything so easy! I always choose to go here when coming through St. Pete!

I go here for returns pretty often. Can get busy, esp toward close, but everyone who works there (that I have met anyway) is very nice and patient. They always give me a receipt for my return too, which is helpful.
