They tried to charge me $35.00 for a box to return an Amazon package. $35.00 for a cardboard box.

I just want to say thank you. I have made many returns through Amazon and this location is the most convenient. I forget the girls name that always helps me but she is always nice, pleasant, and very professional. If I remember next time I will update with employee info. Keep up the good work ? . I look forward to doing business with you.

Went to have a pre paid item mailed UPS ground. My item needed to be box/and pack. The item was a Bose Soundbar approx
26'X7" weight approx 4lbs. the cost 60.00.
Went to Pack/Send at 49th St N,St Pete cost 10.00.to box/pack (You do the math). Saved 50.00 driving 15 minutes

The people are sweet but shipping prices are OUTRAGEOUS. To ship 2 stuffed animals that weighed essentially nothing the cashier told me it'd be $23 and would STILL take 5-7 days to ship. Are you kidding? Last week I shipped out a box that weighed even MORE than this one and the USPS store only charged me $15. UPS store prices have never made sense to me and unless I'm printing something or returning an Amazon package there will be no reason I shop at this location or any other UPS store.

Al was super to work with at the UPS store. She was professional, knowledgeable, polite,concerned, she met my every need.Did not rush me and was detailed oriented.

This is BEST UPS store. The clerks are wonderful & EXTREMELY helpful & accomadating.i found them last year & now only go to them even though there are ones closer. EXCELLENT service and ALWAYS pleasant.

If I could give it zero I would. I have been shipping and sending packages from this location for a year now. Returned an Amazon order. First it was $2.00 to print the label. So I went back home and printed the label. Now it’s $2.35 for the smallest container they have to ship it. Nowhere on Amazon does it say this.

No wait time! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I came in with a bunch of documents that needed to be printed and was helped immediately and happily by Valerie. She did a fantastic job with the printing and made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you for such a great experience!
