I had an exceptional experience with this UPS Store, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, Gina. I had tried shipping a package internationally that ultimately did not get delivered, so Gina went above and beyond to assist me in getting it returned to me. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and dedicated to resolving the issue. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Gina not only helped track down the package but shared the details of the search with me. I'm extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend this UPS Store for their excellent service. Thank you, Gina, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Store hours say closes at 6pm. Arrived at 5:51pm and all the lights were off and the door was locked. Would not recommend going to this location if you have an urgent need as they clearly can't even follow their own policies and aren't interested in making money. I wonder what the corporate office would think of a franchise location choosing to close whenever they feel like it.

I was a regular printing customer but they can be very rude sonI am not going there anymore. They have different policies about price per copy and they should announce a fixed policy on the wall.

The owner of this store, Gina is AMAZING !!! I am a total stranger to her but she went so far over and above any standard "Customer Service" person would or could do to help me with a missing / lost package! I cannot thank her enough, I'm from another state and do not regularly frequent or use her store but when my shipment went missing she did every single thing possible that she could do to help me. Please do yourself a favor and use this store you will not be sorry. Also if you do stop in tell Gina that Rick in Chicago with the Guitar said THANK YOU !

This is my go to place to ship things! The owner Gina is very kind and patient. I was in quite a rush that day to ship my package out and it was very efficient. Very friendly work environment would recommend!
