Thecla, the manager is professional friendly and very helpful. She's the best manager you've ever had since I've been a customer there which has been a long time and I have several units there. I really enjoyed the management there because of their great attitude and friendliness and professional attitude. Thecla, in my opinion is a great asset for your company here in this area.

U stor is priced fairly and operated like a family business. This location is managed by Ted who is super friendly and understanding. I believe he lives on site and although there is no "security", having someone on location sure does help me sleep at night. Also, made me feel a bit more secure when i had to make late night visits to my units.The units aren't new or perfect, there's no air-conditioning or anything fancy, but i had a great experience as a customer and recommend this location.If you're tired of faceless corporate storage places that constantly jack up the rates, then this is a great choice for your storage needs.

U store self storage unit off Gandy Boulevard is a very nice, personalized, micro managed storage facility where the managers really cares about your business and their facility and the needs of it. They offer a wide variety of storage spaces ranging from closet-size two two car garage size storage facilities! The managers do a very good job at keeping the facility clean, well-lit and secure. They have plenty of cameras and security gates that are code operated. When you are renting on their property, you get a sense of well-being in that euphoric secure feeling. For being as convenient as the storage facility is, it still is very economically priced. Always the advantage with some of the smaller mom-and-pop businesses.

I've been with U-Stor at this location for many many years, as I also see with others here too. Wonderful place and safe. If anything out of place happens, rest assured the management addresses it immediately, including with law enforcement if necesssary. Not all places do that, but here they care about their tenants/customers and the safety of them and their belongings.Only issue is a big trailer (and truck with it sometimes), parked by the front after you enter, which impairs larger vehicles from coming in. The vehicle and trailer should be moved to the back. The storage is not a towing trailer nor boat trailer type place, but a closed unit type place. When I first rented, there were never any such trailers, nor cars just left parked there, and that should not be allowed. Last time I have a moving truck bring some items over, they had a difficult time getting to my unit because of the trailers.

Great price, secure, safe, dry. In particular I like that each unit is alarmed. Unlike my Barneys experience where I had $7500 of merchandise stolen!

This storage is the best in St Petersburg and Ted and his family are the nicest people in pinellas. The storages are clean and well kept and the most affordable in pinellas also. Love it here.
