Horrible customer service!! Stay away if your ordering online and not able to return items in person. They are not willing to help you in any way with returns. Wish I would of purchased from another company.

Worst customer service. I was treated rudely when contacting them regarding the tajine pot I've ordered. I only received the lid, and when I reported the issue, I was given a mediocre response.
