Neither our St Petersburg store nor our Hendersonville store ever seen no have the slightest idea what to do about these pizza ads. We just end up grabbing a shelf pizza and taking it home. Better training, please.

Need to have a better panini setup. Now I buy them cold because so many are burned when I get them home, they wrap up the burned pannini and give it to you. Unprofessional . If you can’t do it properly don’t do it. I don’t see a pannini press. It appears to go in the oven which makes it not a pannini.

Last week I was at the 4th Street Store in St. Pete. to get two lofts of your dipping breads, each visit they were out, Saturday I went, got a loaf of bread, brought it to the register and the young man that checked me out said that the bread had mold on one side, therefore, I did not purchase it. Thanks

Customer service! Disappointed to get to the market on Thursday at 5:30pm after a long day of work and find the staff stressed out and the chickens that you advertise as a Thursday “deal” are 40 minutes away from being ready. Ok we all found alternate dinner options but the way your staff member reacted to a customer’s question about when the chicken would be ready was rude and cranky. “There’s only two of us here” There are too many choices within a 1/2 mile radius to deal with rude. Alternatively the gentlemen at the meat counter and checkout were both excellent! Too bad that one bad seed can ruin an experience.

Nice store. Good product choices for more ‘quality’ items. I made their spinach fettuccine. Seemed old/bad. Their chicken soup also lacked flavor. (Progresso is better tasting, sadly!) Used to like this nationwide store but, like a lot of US stores now, quality has really gone down. Starting to think all these stores make basically processed foods seem prettier bc of packaging. Need to shop at farmer’s markets and make my own soup. Their bacon looked good. Time to move to Lyon ?

This is Lisa’s husband. I purchased the date night flowers and strawberries on Saturday August 24th. I was very disappointed with the strawberries. They had been dipped in the dark chocolate but did not have the white chocolate drizzled over them. They didn’t have the presentation that I had hoped for or come close to the picture that was advertised.

First timer here, I loved the fresh selection of goods the store had to offer! The produce, the deli, the bakery…amazing!! However I wish that Helen, the lady at the checkout counter was a bit more friendly. The fact that the lane was not an express lane and the gentleman behind me had a lot of items should not have been an issue.

Stopped in for milk and ended up also buying ice cream. The store is clean vibrant and full of wonderful scents and sounds. Reminds me of a market in Europe. The staff is kind, helpful and meets you with a smile. There’s plenty of free parking in their lot. You can grab something prepared and eat it in their little breeze way seating area. The building is well maintained inside and out. Heather was my cashier and we had a very pleasant conversation. Looking forward to conducting more of my weekly shopping here.

they had great Greek pizza..on Thursdays the price was 6 bucks..
but they don't have them no more...instead they have these terrible pizzas shipped in and it is very disappointing.....totinos one dollar pizza is better..and I was an everyday customer..why does everything change for the worse

Your specials used to be really good, something to look forward to, not any more. Spmeting in your store has to be a better value. Looks like Publix is now getting to be better priced, a shame.
