Finally being able to write in here… this store is not a bad quality store. But the management on the other hand wow.. I was treated horribly here. For a person who loved her job and loved what she did it blew my mind how disrespectful I was treated by the management especially the owner. I worked such long hours and days for this man to just turn around and spit in my face literally! Being a store owner and only hiring females while you suffer with a bipolar disorder is not a good mix. I got screamed at spit in the face from all the yelling, cornered in wasn’t even able to walk away from it until I asked him to get out of my face! That was my final straw! Everyone thinks they are walking into a family friendly store but in reality it’s not. Management treats the employees as they are not even human. I have trauma from this place and it’s been almost a year since I resigned …. NEVER judge a book by its cover. I learned the hard way. I was sucked into believing these people were actually genuine good hearted people. I have witnessed other females getting body shamed, yelled at, disrespected, asked to wear makeup if they want to work on a certain side of the store by the female managers.Looking back at all the girls I have comforted while they break down and cried because of the way they have been treated sickness me. I will continue to pray for these people.

I visited The Bronze Lady yesterday as I do every time I’m at the Pass. The difference was Tracey!!!!! I can not say enough about her. Genuine customer service and sale’s experience. She did not hover over my husband and i, she just jumped in to graciously help when she knew we were ready. She made our experience a great one!! 5 stars for her and 5 stars for the shop!

Adorable stuff, horrible management.It seems as though management is minimally trained in people management, which I fault to the owner for not taking the time to better train his management staff.The other girls are wonderful, hard workers and should be treated better. With that being said, the turn over rate is still extremely high because of the unbelievably unprofessional way this establishment is managed.I pray that these people find some peace ??

I was in there a couple of weeks ago and witness a horrible scene. A older man was screaming at one of the employees in her face. I usually shop here, but after finding out that it was the OWNER OF THE STORE treating his employee that way, well I will never shop here again.

Really cute souvenir and artsy shop that I enjoyed walking through! Fun colorful items with prices ranging from a few bucks to super expensive. I picked up a little ornament made from sand, that I will hang on our Christmas tree this year! The girl that helped us was really friendly and answered all our questions. I could have stayed much longer but the hubs was tired and so we had to leave.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Super cute and clean inside! Lots of cute jewelry & accessories! All the ladies working there are SO SWEET! Pretty fair prices too for all the name-brand stuff they have. Highly recommend!
