SCAMMERS‼️Horrible company to work for i work for them 6 days very poor communication the trainer merrick is over work the guy who hired me Andrew takes days to get back poor communication about job expectations they waited to day three to tell us we would have to wait three weeks for our check but upside we have tap pay which we could pull money every 24 hr worked I received my schedule only to find out when I got there my manger maria said I could not clock in and would have to stay in the back so customers don’t see me I reached out to Tim Devon and he never replied it dont take 3 hrs to get back with some one how do a manger and hirring manger don’t know if a new employee supposed to be there and why not make sure people money is correct I still have not herd from anyone wait Andrew told me I would have to come back to the store to pick up my check but I have direct deposited when ask why a check if I have direct deposit and all my information was put in I invested 200 to get to this scam job wasted hrs and no job

I worked for two different franchises in metro, the first was elite and at the time they were going through a lot of changes and some pretty rough management and I ended up quitting due to negligence. Some of the people that held a higher position made me feel awful, didn't relieve me when I was working a lot after only having three days of training. That being said I looked else where. I ended up at talkmore wireless and thought I found the best place I could possibly be. They say they are family oriented. It took me way too long because I'm hard headed to learn that's not the case. I held up a store almost on my own then without anything but a written warning for so called attendance which almost every time had a doctor's note, they fired me after spending hours doing inventory for the third time alone. Then I tried going back to the previous franchise and was sabotaged by a former employee and I'm heart broken for all the customers I built relationships with. It's a cut throat industry. It's not for anyone without strong will and personality. No matter what franchise you work for remember nobody is truly your friend. Watch your own back. And remember one thing, they'll never tell you exactly what you did wrong. "The company has decided to go in a different direction".

Paul, Store Mgr at Ft. Myers Metro PCS Store near Edison Mall in Ft. Myers, FL, went above and beyond working to help me with an extremely difficult problem with my phone. He was tremendous. Can't say enough about him. He's great to deal with and very patient. Hope he gets my review of him

This company teaches its sales reps and managers to SCAM YOU!!- that “free” phone case and screen protector you got when you either added a new line, upgraded, or switched to metro? It’s not free. You get quoted $120-$150 for a new line or switcher because even though the phone is free and you should really only be paying for the activation is them making us add on accessories. It’s also why you’re upgrade comes out to over $300 the majority of the time.- Did your bill just jump an extra $10-$16 dollars more when you came to either add the line, upgrade, or switch? That’s because of feature revenue. Also known as insurance, premium handset protection, or PHP. They teach their employees they are REQUIRED to add this to every single transaction that sells a device. Not everyone wants insurance. Not everyone should be REQUIRED to have insurance if they DO NOT WANT IT. But we have to add it on to keep our numbers high so we don’t get in trouble, written up, or fired.- That free tablet ain’t free, don’t fall for it.

Use to work for Akram until TalkMore took over. TalkMore had a lower paying commission scale then Akram did so when they took over I was already loosing money but didn't want to leave because being a Manger for Metro By T-mobile was one of my best jobs I ever had. Actually enjoyed being there. In the first 4 months I was TOP 10 on the BIG5 metrics out of 7,300+ locations consecutively with the month of July being #1 in the entire nation of Metro By T-mobile. You could tell I was good at what I did and showed a relentless effort! I built that location up over the past 3 years! (Didn't recieve 1 bonus for BIG 5 placement outta all 4 months)Of course I went to upper management(Tim) the regional manager & got a raise. That same day on my lunch I got a call from my area manager (Mohammed) wanting to meet and have a talk about my "behavior". Basically I skipped "chain of command" and him and (Tyshun) My District Manager were upset. They gave me a 1 week suspension & assured me that it's just a suspension and I could return in a week. Well on the 7th day I get a call from (Mohammed) stating I'm terminated and they don't need me back. They're the most Shady, Selfish company I've ever worked for! I do not recommend working or shopping with these guys!

From 9/3/2021-9/24/2021I worked over 100.83 hours when “talk more wireless” took over a store i was working for.Between oct 1st & oct 15th I received less than half of the $$$ i am owed & No one seems to care about this enough to fix this problem, even though i have contacted your managers about this. Seems like legal action is going to be needed in this case! I will never recommend this company for anyone to shop at or work at!

I’ve been with Metro for years and always went to different stores but since Talkmore took over the stores here in Titusville I have seen such a major change. Customer service is amazing and consistent and you can really tell they care more about provided long term value as opposed to quick cash. With talkmore, you can expect more and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
