10/28/24: Update after I left this 5 star rating a few months ago.
Now understand Ive never had any issue with the tech people before today. I came in for an oil change today 10/28/24 . Like a lot of Americans , I'm proudly displaying my choice for the upcoming elections in the presidential race by wearing a Harris/Walz cap. Shawn, in bay one was my tech. The second thing he said after greeting me and then noticing my cap as I saw his eyes look upward, he says to me " I dont like the bon fire material you're wearing in your head" . I was stunned but shrugged my shoulders and replied " to each his own" I just needed my car oiled changed and get out of there as quickly as possible . I also work in the service i
ndustry, and some of regular and loyal clients come in wearing the other party gear. I'm professional enough not to engage or otherwise comment on their views and I expect the same when I'm a customer at a buisness. Shawn behavior is unacceptable. Otherwise the service was good as always.

Worst place ever.
We are the 3000th claim this year for improper repairs and vehicle damage. We brought our car in for a coolant and oil change on October 4th under claim no. 1472718. The very next morning, the car stopped working completely and had to be towed.
It’s now been 15 days with no resolution, no rental car provided, and no one taking responsibility for the damage they caused. Every call we make is met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. They refuse to offer any support or fix the situation.
If you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind this is the right place for you.

Great service! This was my first time and I was genuinely pleased how fast and kind the attendants were. RC was very patient in explaining things to me and overall warm in demeanor. Dakota also serviced my car at the end and went out of his way to help me figure out what kind of paint I would need. You can tell there's great management in how welcoming and happy the workers are. I will def be back!
