Just left here. I never leave reviews but I just felt like I had to leave a good review for these guys. Prob some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Always have came here. Just bought a new dodge ram. I have free oil changes from the dealership but I prefer to spend the money with these guys. Extremely polite, Explain everything in detail and never try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Customer service is everything to me. Hope you guys see this review. I appreciate yall.

I said I did not want a synthetic blend, just a regular oil change. I got charged for synthetic. I got charged for an extra quart of oil which I brought in a bottle of Lucas with me that I’m not even sure that they put in my car. When I asked the manager to refund the $7.99 for the extra oil, he brings me a seven dollar coupon as if I would ever go back to these ass clowns ?

First time using Take 5 Oil Change.
Like the commercial, Aiden had us in and out within a reasonable time. No upsale pressure what so ever.
This Take 5 location works together as a team.

Great service. Was offered a cold water bottle. They will ask you to do extra services, but you can just say no. They remined me of my coupons which I completely forgot I had. Had a $25 coupon in my email inbox. Remember to register your email in advance before you need an oil change, because you get really good coupons. They were polite and service minded. Will use them again.

Just tried to get an oil change. Lines weren’t too bad so I thought it would be quick enough. In actuality they have all four bays open, but only enough staff for two. They pulled me into a bay popped my hood wrote on my window and then said it would be just a “minute” at 12 minutes without a hem even starting I finally left. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I had chosen to get in line behind four cars or two cars or anything, but I literally only stopped because it was apparent that the car in front of me was about done and there was no one in line. It felt deceptive and unappreciative of people’s time.

Aiden was very informative and crystal clear on their process and each step. Ray seems like the lead another good guy as well. Whole crew ran like a well oiled machine. Best location I've been to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome service great customer service,I drove up and the tech offered us cold water after pulling up within 2min. After the previous customer was finish we were asked to pull up we didn't have to get out if car the second tech offered us a soda of choice with no cost they offered an additional $12.00 dollar discount that was online and to top of all the perks they gave us two free car air freshness free. Awesome. Awesome. Service at this location….

Employer of these kind, honest and hardworking humans at this establishment, I say to you, “LET THEM COOK!” and I hope you appreciate them all!
Aiden and Roberto took such good care of me, and some unsung hero beneath my vehicle; Shout out to you and everyone’s efficient teamwork.
I mean, smiling face to greet me with a cold water bottle, all the bays full and lines formed in each before a hurricane AND I was out in 50 minutes?! Insane!
You are true heroes!
I have a million good things to say about the experience but mostly, thank you all.

Out of all the options around, I like this the best. They markup their prices a tad, but the refills and all around service makes up for it.

Fast service but you pay for the speed.
They try to upsell you the moment you pull in though. Keep trying to convince you that you need new filters new this new that .. etc you’re lucky if you leave without over paying by $300 at least.
If you can go somewhere else and you can wait to get your oil changed do it
