Tired stopping here to get some gas and a drink at 6 in the afternoon but the worker decided to lock the store up to just stand there and had a line of people waiting outside, i waited so long I eventually had to just leave as it was taking him too long to let paying customers in the store…

The staff is very rude to customers for no reason. The heavy set lady in the early A.M. is atrocious. They snap at you if you ask a question. Also, the heavy set man on Sunday afternoons will refuse service if you comment on how rude they all are. He wouldn't even give me the manager's name or even his name for that matter. I'm not giving any more business to these jerks. You've just lost a good customer.

The staff is very rude, the bathroom is closed everyday. How do the employees go to the bathroom, you know they don't walk to another store to use the restroom. The hot dog buns were like rocks and they said" Oh well should of been here earlier." With a shot eating grin. I will not be shopping there any longer

Very rude and disrespectful employees when I went in today around 8:30 a.m. I went to get a pack of cigarettes and the woman refused me service because all I had was change to pay with and told me that she is not taking any of my change even though most of it was quarters and she was very rude about it and I am very respectful to all people everyday all day where I work and money is money and it is spent all the same. And I asked her for the manager's name and she told me she is the manager and I asked if she had a corporate number and she refused to give it to me and told me I can Google it and then a man came in behind me and started yelling and cursing at me and I believe he worked there as well and told me if I don't like it I can get the f out of the store and not fing come back again. So not only was she very rude but he was very rude and vulgar as well even though the conversation had nothing to do with him they refuse my service and refuse to take my money just because it was all changed and mainly quarters. And she refused to give me her name to refuse to give me the manager's name and said she was a manager she refused to give me corporate number as well. I told them I will not ever come back to that store again and the man proceeded to curse me out. While she just stood there laughing. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Very rude poor attitude as well I will never go to this location store again not as long as those employees are there!

Pumps are slow and old, don't trust paying at pump here. The place has an indescribable odor that's unpleasant .Staff is rude as heck. Extremely slow service. Drive past it if possible is my recommendation.

Very clean well kept location, very friendly employees. Variety of drinks available, hot dogs, chicken wings (various flavors), boneless wings, pizza. Well stocked and well organized store. Plenty of gas pumps...so no waiting in line.

I'm in that store every day and since it became 7 11 I've had nothing but hard times with new staff and owner. I would suggest that this store be boycotted for about 1 month or so. The people are very rude an discouraging. Mina the one clerk refuses to do business with me and the owner said i don't need your business. Just remember there's more gas stations around

TL;DR: The employees at this place decided to have a free day at work when their system went down and locked the doors to hang out inside, blocking access to the Amazon locker inside for both delivery people and package recipients.
This Sunoco has an Amazon locker at it, which is amazing for anyone worried about having packages left at their doors while they're not home. Unfortunately, unlike most other gas stations that keep theirs outside so they can be accessed even when a store is closed, this one keeps it inside. Amazon lockers are supposed to be accessible 24/7. Not a problem if it's a 24/7 gas station, of course.
However, when I went to pick up my package today a little after 4 pm on my way home from work, I found the doors locked with a handwritten sign saying the computers are down, store is closed. I know my package had been delivered to the locker earlier in the day from notifications, and I paid extra for single day shipping because it was perishable and time sensitive. There was a worker inside, so I knocked on the door. She starts talking through the glass, which I can't hear her at all and am trying to lip read, saying the computers were down (because apparently I can't read) and I point to the locker and tell her that I'm just trying to pick up my package. The Amazon locker is not hooked up to their computer system and works even if theirs is down. She even turned away an Amazon delivery guy trying to make his deliveries while I was there. And she just keeps yelling they're closed at me, then turns and starts walking away.
At this point, I'm pretty angry. I need the package TODAY, paid $15.99 extra for rush delivery, and, since it actually was delivered to the locker, most likely can't be refunded without a fight. I knocked on the glass again hard to get her attention and she whips out her phone and starts recording me, and it looked like she was saying something about cops. Seriously? Exactly what do you think the cops are going to charge me with? Loitering? Trespassing? I have a legitimate business reason to be on the premise, and I have the right to access my mail. Having an Amazon locker installed on your property means giving the customers access to their packages. And when I got in my car and started backing out of the parking spot, she came outside and kept recording like she was trying to get my plate number or something. I backed all the way out of the station because some people are crazy and can find out your address and stuff through your plate.
This was ridiculous. It was pure laziness to just close down the store when some of the services inside were still online and supposed to be accessible at all times. I'll be sure to let Amazon know exactly why I'm requesting a refund of the package and delivery fee since it'll be useless by the time I can get it tomorrow, IF this store is even open then.
