I offered to donate a very nice 5 piece glass top dining set and needed it picked up (which they offer). The lady told me I would need to donate at least 4 more items to have it picked up. Its a free 5 piece dining set, what more do you want?!? Rude!!

A lovely resale shop that benefits a wonderful cause. We loved how well the clothes were arranged, and there were plenty from which to choose. While we weren’t looking for anything more than that, we strolled through and found plenty of accessories, shoes, housewares, and other items for sale. The staff was very helpful as the checkout line became long, making certain to get us through as quickly as possible. Definitely will be back!

I have to agree with some others that the furniture is outrageously priced. A whole lot of dinnerware if someone is looking for that and a decent amount of clothing yet dated.

This place was recommended to me as a place that sells medical equipment at a low cost. When I asked if they would accept less than the sticker price on an adult potty chair that was over priced, I was told things are half off on Saturday. That didn't help as I work on Saturdays. Shame they couldn't give me a break. Won't shop there again.

This resale store benefits the amazing Hospice organization. It sells items donated from stores and individuals and is a large store. Most of the items sold are for home remodeling; some new, some used. They also have used furniture and household items. I found the prices a bit expensive for a resale store but the profit goes to a great cause. They also have a donation drop off onsite and you can call and schedule pickups for large items. If you are remodeling, this is a great place to go.

I can't give this store the stars I would like due to the fact that when I was going to make a donation myself, I saw a neatly dressed old man on a very nice bike rummaging through the donation bins at the back of the store while they were open. So, I told an employee about the man looking in the bins and their reply was, "Yes, we know about it he does it all the time." I would suggest that if you are going to donate at this store, don't leave it out back in the bins. Ring the bell and make them take it inside. What is the point of donating if they know someone is taking the items, they choose for themselves without paying?

Shopped there for years. Great employees! They have many items to choose from. They have furniture, clothes, and a lot of other household items.

I just want to say where do the owners of this place get off charging almost $1000 for some used up beat up tore up dresser? And on top of that they’re trying to get volunteers to work for free? Much better places to get nice things

Nice items. Fair 1/2 price sale on clothing.... BUT...so ridiculously over priced. This is obviously a secondhand store for the wealthy.... a donation-based second hand store that continues to be a disappointment both prices and staff. After avoiding for many years I went in today to try again. Almost ok until checkout. I found a white clutch that had a price on the outside, upon going to the register the women sifted through the bag like it was gold and some thing they wanted to keep, they found a different price tag inside. Fair enough. I didn't comb through the inside. This was no fault of my own. Instead of either honoring the price on the outside of the bag or taking a percentage off they took it back as per the manager sitting in the chair advised. Wouldn't you wanna sell items (profit for the cause) that are donated to you, and offer services to your community at the same time?? This continues to be an issue here. On top of employees ogling over items for themselves. You can't keep everything, let it go!!! Examples; The wood dresser for $599. and the red plates labeled $3.49 which are currently being sold at the Dollar store three doors down. Maybe new management is in order.
