The first lady eyeing down me and my coins couldn’t tell me “hey we don’t accept coins” and proceeded to let me wait ten minutes until the other woman was ready for me (then accepted the people right after I went to the other teller, who then told me she can’t accept coins either and I’d have to use the coin machine and pay an extra 5%… during a coin shortage they should have been blessed to accept my coins. But anyways, they were annoying and rude for not just telling me right away since they can see my clear container full of quarters.

I absolutely love working with the people at this branch. any issue I have ever had, they have quickly and efficiently worked on and resolved it. We just added my husband to our account and we were in and out of the branch within about 10 minutes! Alexis S. Is the best!!!
