From talking on the phone until the final box was put into my new place, i was very pleased with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Prices were good and great quality work was done. Highly recommend for anyone needing things moved to another place.

Movers showed up late and would have been even more late had the company not dispatched an on call crew, so kudos to them for doing that at least. The two young men that came were very nice but obviously inexperienced. They did not have the right tools to disassemble the bed frame nor did they have the right moving dolly for the dresser. For the services I got I felt overcharged. Not likely to use them again.

I utilized services over 5 weeks ago. Not only did the two young men joke around about how they forgot their straps....they couldn't feed drawers into dresser/desk (you are movers right?) I also got a fist bump on their way out the door. I know they are kids....but really?

I am retired military who has lived in the same location for 15 years. This was the first move I have ever had to make without the military handling about everything. Over the years I have acquired some large items that I was very concerned about moving.

I need utilized their services over five weeks ago. Not only do the young men joke around about not bringing their straps it couldn't feed dressers/desk drawers.... (you are movers right)? And I got a fist bump on their way out the door. So they broke my armoire. Not saying anything about it and not signing anything beforehand they had me sign something after, waiver of accountability. Which leads me to after 5 Weeks Later it's taken them to tell me they're not liable. 5 phone calls about the situation prompted by me with ZERO followup.

Strong College Students provided me with an outstanding service. They have done my last 3 moves and each one was stress free. They arrive on time, packed me up, & delivered my stuff to my new location so all I had to do was show up to my new address. Will continue to use them for all my moves.

They damaged the gate at my property and won't even take my calls regarding the damage. I HAVE VIDEO OF THEIR EMPLOYEE FLIPPING OFF MY SECURITY CAMERAS 3 TIMES AFTER THEY DID THE DAMAGE. Won't do the right thing and repair my damage and avoid all my calls.

This is not a reflection on the STUDENTS, as I didn't even get to the point to use the service. Groupon "DEAL" $189 Early Bird: Two Hours of MOVING services with Custom moving supplies....value of $445. JOKE! Scam...It was the most uncomfortable phone conversation I have ever had. The guy was robotic, and had long pauses (I said "hello" 3 times because I thought we were disconnected) started talking over me when I was questioning mileage. 12 min later after he insisted I give him ALL my personal information. They are charging $45 service fee.. stating I am over 25 miles from their office (its only 11.1miles) They charge 1 hour prior to even pulling out of their facility (even though most of us dont get pd for not working). They are 15 minutes from my house. Basically, I ended the pain before I invested more of my time. I can only IMAGINE what other fees were going to come up. $445 regular price for 1 hour of physically moving....oh and it included supplies. NO THANKS STRONG COLLEGE STUDENTS MOVING!!! I feel like I am bashing hard-working college students by using the title of this company. Exploiting college students, paying them $10 hour and collecting $100 from the consumer. Shame on you. This was a disaster from the minute the guy answered the phone-12 min later! Listen to your gut people...I'm going to just hire 2 guys that keep the money directly (no boss to steal most the profit) Its the admin not the students.

Moved 2 weeks ago they were supposed to blanket wrap our furniture but never did so when it got to the new home both desk were scratched up and our bookshelf was scratched up and had a piece of the bottom broken off. Tried to contact to see what they would do about it because they supposedly offer insurance if items are damaged but when we tried getting a hold of someone to mention our damaged furniture they don't email back, the guy on the phone kept saying he didn't know about it or that he didn't know how we should send the pictures.
