Strength Camp is a great place to train. The programming is excellent and always keeps me on my toes (sometimes literally), ranging from the big basics to pre-hab assistance exercises. The atmosphere is even better, and really this is why you should check it out.

I returned after a year + Break and it's so good to be back I'm writing a new reciew. So you want to get in shape but traditional gyms aren't your thing... Strength Camp is it's own beast! Skilled and creative personal trainers guid you through small group classes designed to target each area of the body throughout the week. Keep track of your goals and grow stronger every day. Strength Camp healed my back after suffering for years post car accident. I gained core strength and stability and now I can do things I never could as a kid. I also lost over 35 lbs and leaned out. Strength Camp is like a supportive family of folks encouraging each other to become the strongest version of yourself. You got this! Come say hi and lift some weight with us!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my classes at Strength camp. I love the format and focus on breaking the class down into 3 sections. Functional exercises, strength exercises, and then my favorite- speed/ high intensity. The variety of exercises keeps things switching up and exciting with a goal of a 3 month cycle and testing week to see where you are and how you’ve improved. It’s a unique format and I’ve felt like I’ve gained strength and functionality with these workouts which have also improved my beach volleyball game. I’ve also gained some cool new friendships. Solid warehouse gym with morning & evening group classes. Tyler is a great coach who explains the exercises & form thoroughly & can provide modifications in case of an injury. You can move thru the routine @ your own pace & choose the weight that feels right, pushing yourself at the right level.

This gym is fantastic. All the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the people are amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start doing CrossFit.

This place is amazing. Tyler's Wednesday morning class is awesome. Every instructor/coach is very attentive. They all have great knowledge to help beginners. Sara's Saturday morning class ROCKS my WORLD. SERIOUSLY, I'm always in a better mood when I leave. The work out is just what I need. A great mix of cardio, strength and conditioning.b
